@3:20 I got a little puzzle about that 005350 being a Ddim (C7\D)
Labeling it a Edim/D makes more sense.
Okay let´s "digest" D-Minor first
000|231 -> DAD|ADF -> R5R|5R3
Focus on the G- and B-String.
xxx|23x -> xxx|5Rx so root is B-String and the 5ths is on the G-String above.
Lowering the 5th like this xxx|13x makes it diminished. A Ddim.
Shifting this shape up 2 frets to
xxx|35x we get an Edim.
