in this case, he did everything right, nothing wrong, + was still arrested + had his life turned, flipped upside down.
Good. They need to trains cops better, when the man walking down the street knows and articulates the law better than the cops, that's a failure of the police department. Pay them more to get better officers

what blind means?
legal blindness is when your vision is 20/200 or less in your better eye (with glasses) or your field of vision is less than 20 degrees.

While I do think the cop could have handled it better, I’m really disappointed in the guy being a total asshole about it. A little courtesy and respect goes a long ways.
Handled it better? Wtf, they did the worse, why is the guy with no weapon and crime got arrested? With cuff at that. Resisting arrest😂 what bullshit is that? Ain't no respect for cops not doing their job right🤷
Guess there is no 4A in your N Korea, um I mean USA. Maybe the female officer is the one blind, we all saw it in his pocket and could make out it was a sight assistance cane.
