I agree people need to take the stick out.Technically if he stopped it before it came to rest after Madison asked him the "interference" would be Madisons which basically means take 1p and throw the next shot without advancing (same as lost disc except without losing it). Since its such a rare occurence I had to look up the rule I'm thinking she might not have been aware of it but personally my favourite discs are all worth more than 1 stroke to me.
Do I hate the guy for doing it, no. Should he have done it, no. In a legitimate sport, you can not have human interference in the course of play. Imagine this happening on the 18th hole, final round with a player that was tied to for the lead.
@@denisgrady7379 well if the rules are followed and the player asked the volunteer to do it as seems to be the case here it would only hurt the score of the player asking for the interference by essentially forcing an "abandon throw".
@@Flakzor123 She made the comment before she took the shot, which implies to me that she was joking. Regardless, why is it so hard to simply agree that non-participants should not, as a rule, touch a disc while it is in play? You don't have to hate the dude to acknowledge that this should not have happened.
Everyone trips on this guy, but no one flipped out on the Sai Ananda USWDGC interference on 17, Day 2. I reported it on my channel and people defended the volunteer. Few understood the fact he was always standing right in the line of every RHBH shot that was thrown on hyzer. This was 90% of the throws there. The disc had a 50% chance of getting back in the circle. Additionally, he moved into the way as opposed to out of the way when the disc came his way. There's more to it but I will digress. Props to Ella! She finally got her putting str8!
after seeing the course this tournament, im more accepting of swinson as the major. id prefer it to be a wooded course but swinson is a good choice if going for a golf course. at least lines need to be hit and its not simply massive bombs on a fairway
When these ladies celebrate KT winning the same way they celebrate Ella's victory, then I'll think the sport is growing the right way. Politics is ruining their division.
From what I have heard and understood the problem with Eagles Crossing (not landing) is the lack of accommodations close by such as hotels and Airbnb‘s, and they are also asking the pro tour for an absolutely absurd amount of money to play there. It’s cool, but honestly, it just feels to gimmicky for me, like a cheap amusement park. Having never played there personally myself I can’t say this with confidence, but I don’t see it ever reaching the same level as the iconic courses like Maple Hill, GMC or Northwood.
No a lack of money is what makes disc golf a joke. Maybe it’ll get takes more seriously by everyone when there’s some cash to make. Most of these people are out there cuz they love the game when they could be making much more doing something else
I don’t disagree entirely, but the outrage from some people over the diver was just way overblown. Should the diver have caught it? No. Was it coming back in bounds? No.
@@pigs6486 The sports world. The sports world at large thinks disc golf as a viable sport is a joke. Evidenced by the lack of non disc-golf sponsorhip money on the Tour.
I just cant take the FPo seriously when KT and other top European players are missing. And the course for them was set up so soft, its like they are purposely making it easy. Thats not how a pro course should be. Not every course needs to be NWs but 500ft par 4s, 700 ft par 5s and par 3 that was 70 yds, come on.
Anyone upset about the guy saving Madison’s disc should sell all their discs and find another hobby.

Very good summary of the event. Liked the calm presentation without focusing on weekend gossip. Take my subscription! 👍

AB is the long distance version of every other player on the card…
Holyn is more than capable of winning. The mental game is real. I struggle with it even in just casual rounds.
People are wild, if this disc was 100% going ob into the water i would have done the same thing

Oh, stop. That is total baloney.
Your brain doesn’t work.
@@susiepittman601 How can any FPO player justify not voting her POY last year? THAT is total balogna.
Go away boomer
I'd rather Ella win than NATE at least she's a WOMAN
don't hate the guy its just the precedent shouldn't be set where a diver or anyone can interfere with play. pretty simple
This spectator gate is a perfect example of stupidity on the internet. Madison handled this very good. Everyone who hated on the guy: „get a life!“
Public courses you cant control anything. Private courses you control everything. $$$ is the really factory, not public opinion.
I cannot believe that DGPT chose this course for a major instead of Eagles Landing in MO.

Why are pros doing their own home renovation? They should be careful as the sport explodes in popularity
The entire FPO needs to practice putting all day. Stop missing C1 putts all the time, jeez
Paul looked fat & out of shape for the first time ever. Welcome to family life!! Lol
PP sucks. Like a lot. Hopefully PP quits disc golf soon cuz he sucks so bad

Fortunately, nobody cares if you take FPO seriously ... It was entertaining to watch, super happy for Ella getting her first elite series win.
I like FPO, with or w/o KT.
I still watch and take it seriously , but level of play is down without the red hot Europeans
Anyone know what happened with Hailey King?
