Dealer made a mistake for Danielle first hand when she lost against a bigger straight. Regardless of whether you beat the dealer or not , anytime you get a straight or higher , you automatically get the ante bonus. The dealer owes you $20.
Any time you have a straight or better the ante bonus is supposed to be paid. Win or lose. This is a very common mistake. When this happens, call the floor.
Bad advertising of that casino. The dealer MUST know the rules: the payments have not to be debated with the player. The 500 $ had to be divided on the single bets, never presented in a sole column of chips. I cannot believe that happened in Las Vegas: what a decline. Poor quality. From Roma Italia

Just an observation, when Steve won on the quads and the button didn’t light up for you both, the casino should owe you $5 each. Because when Devon took your original bet off, Then when he called the floor the pit boss said to place $5 on the button so it would light up. Then Devon took the other $5 off as well as your original bet. I hope I explained that correctly 😅
A little friendly heads up you should not be saying I get x amount here and x amount there as the dealer is cutting cheques for your payout. I would recommend saying what you got after you are paid out. I've been dealing at greektown since 2009 so there is a decent chance you've played there but not totally sure since you cant record.

When we had cash game poker a well known streamer showed his big hand highlights, gave the room nothing but praises in his video, and the next time he played security came in and escorted him out with a permanent 86.
