That is why you will see chips and cards going to the number one seat. The chips in the dealer's tray is for exchanging cash, as the banker is not allowed to exchange cash for chips. Try using a Bluetooth microphone. It will eliminate ambient noises and focus on your voice only. Too much reflection off the cards too.
