@@ragrappy00 I mean it could surely use some polish. New geometry and textures for the game would be great. Also fix some pso stuff that never made sense. LIke using mats on a magic weapon still increases the attack. Why? It should automatically increase the stat that would make sense for it. Guns increase accuracy and damage, magical weapons enhance casting abilities etc etc. It needs some other little fixes too like a bigger inventory.
Adding ep3 would be alot of fun. I do think they should rework some issues like drop tables and jankiness. They need to keep the anime weeb cringe from pso2 out of pso remake. It will ruin the feel of the game
I miss playing this game so much T^T I remember when it was released back in the day on dreamcast and I've spent a billion of nights playing online. It was so damn good. So nowadays it's still a thing? a pity I don't have the broadband adapter for gamecube to test it out :(
The GameCube version is pretty dead with a few dedicated players. Most people are on PSO Blue Burst on the PC through Ephinea just because it has a lot more content and it's easier to connect to. There's where I'm usually player I rarely jump onto the GameCube servers. So if you want to play online I recommend trying Ephinea it's the most popular server.

i wish more then anything that one day this game gets a good remake officially maybe for the switch and maybe some extra added content.
Honestly they don't have to add content, Blue Burst has so much already. They just have to port that version to console.

How i go into pso private server. Just use modem and start up the game or is it more to do .
There's more to it, I recommend going on the private servers website to look at how to to connect.
Caster or spell dmg was always terrible in this game right ? at least single target
Not really in multiplayer the magic DMG is average Forces are support characters. In solo however the magic DMG is a lot higher.

I remember if this game crashed and you were online you would lose everything that wasnt equipped . It was a massive bug.
It happend to me... and i lost all my character data....
