Speedy granny scarf is the Larkdfoot stitch. I have made afghans in this stitch, and it is speedy. Wanting to make a multi stitch and did not think of this stitch. Thank yoy.
Thank you so much for this wonderful pattern, I am so grateful that it goes 25% faster, because I have to make 5 before Christmas. Plus beanies! Pray for me! But still - THANK YOU SO SO MUCH! I have hope to finish now. And I know it will be beautiful too, not just fast for the sake of going fast, it will still be gorgeous and a great gift 💝
Krista. I had to tell you I loved doing the hat and I am now doing this matching scarf. 🧣 thank you so much, for all your patterns and the videos to be able to follow along with. The free written patterns links on your items do not seem to be working, just so you are aware of that. Thanks again. 💜🤗🎄
Love this stitch pattern - it looks so fabulous as a scarf! ❤ I wouldn’t have thought to make it length-wise; I’m guessing that helps keep the scarf from stretching out as it’s worn? Anyway - thanks very much for another inspiring tutorial! 😊
Is there a reason you prefer the 6.5mm on this stitch? I noticed in other videos (eg coronation, giant granny square) you often use the 7mm which is also what I default to for Saver. Not sure if it’s because of the stitch or because scarf vs blanket 😅
Hi, @sophtoph3650!! Good eye! No reason at all. There isn't too much difference with the 6.5, but also lots of people don't have a 6mm. Which do you prefer? Thank you! 🌻🌺🌼
@@SecretYarneryI see, thanks! Well I already made one scarf with a 6.5 that turned out well (though it is a bit stiffer than my dirty granny) so I’m starting another :)

Hi Christa. I don't have a 7 mm hook. Is there another size hook that I can use?
Hi, @sheritawatson2423!! Yes - you can use an 8, or you can crochet loosely - whatever works for you. Thank you! 🌻🌺🌼
I think I have a 8 but if I don't. I'll crochet loosely. Thank you so much for your years of guidance. I have Been a subbie of your's for years.

Can your chain be a foundation less chain?
Sadly no. 😞
I was always told to turn my project like the page of a book.
Hi, @user-Elle41!! Thank you! 🌻🌺🌼
