my teacher says KFC 🍟➕🍔➕🍗 and she doesn't mean KFC she means keep it flip it change it like for example if it's dividing you flip it which is gonna be multiplication change it is like uh 2/8 for example you change it it's gonna be 8/2 and for example your other fraction is 1/6 you keep it but instead of diving you multiple them I didn't really under my teacher

for multiplication and division you just need to multiply them, example:
2x4= 8
4x3= 12
You don't need the same denominator (the bottom number)
2x4
*4*x*3* (in this case)
for division there is something called a reciprocal, heres an example (heres how to solve a division problem)
7x4
3x6
in this problem a reciprocal is just flipping the last 2 numbers, 4 and 6. So the new problem would be...
7x6=42 = mixed fraction pronunciation: 3 Wholes and 10 out of 12
3x4=12 =
then multiply them for division
for addition and subtraction you need the same denominator, so...
3+5= 8
7+7= 14
It's like simple addition and subtraction but in different ways. Hope this helps
