He seems very open minded about being in a video game. Most Hollywood actors push away from it because they think it's a low point in their career. He even said he wants to play the game himself. Awesome.
Yea, but now big names go into videogames, like Keanu Reeves, Kit Harrington (Jon Snow in Game of Thrones) in a COD at the height of GOT, Norman Reedus has been working with Kojima when TWD was in a high point.
Games are now just as profitable as movies. A good succesful game can bring in just as much money as a succesful holywood film. It shouldn’t be considered a low point. Storytelling in a game is just as cool as in a movie.

Anže Rabič agree that Vaas was a great villain but disagree that both Pagan and Joseph Seed were mediocre, they were both awesome. Farcry is probably the only consistent series with regards to the bad guys, they are ALWAYS the most interesting characters in them. Not that I’m slating the series it’s one of my favourites (even if they continue to follow the same formula for years to come - I’ll still buy and enjoy)

Far Cry games always have great villians, but unfortunately the real problem is, the time we spend with them is very little, we need to spend a lot more time with them and see more on the stage, otherwise It doesn't make any sense because if we can't see them enough no matter how good they are...
I watched a video sponsored by ubisoft earlier that said we spend a lot more time with the villain, and his son in this one. We even see, and hear our character again.
You don't believe that enough time was spent with Pagan Min in Far Cry 4? I know the character wasn't in his vicinity for much time but the character did get radio signals from him all the time so his personality was well established over the course of the game.
We’ll definitely see more of the villain in far cry 6 since he’s such a big actor. It’s like the It Chapter 2 situation where they got a bunch of big actors. They got a lot more screen time than smaller actors would.
@@Jaslath i agree with this and for me that was the biggest flaw of the game.. the interaction with pagan was very less and another bad thing with far cry 4 was that the motive for Ajay Ghale to do what he was doing wasn't clear to many gamers because one of the most important plot twists was kept hidden in the Mohan Ghale's Journals side mission.. and many people didn't feel necessary to complete them bcoz of which they felt a void in the storyline...
It's kinda funny how many times you get captured in Far Cry games so you can have these interactions with the villain. It's kinda ridiculous that you'd survive all that.

I first seen him many years ago on this show that came on TV I forgot what channel it was but only ran for two seasons I think it was called Revolution or something like that the premise was all technology was ruined by some sort of event and I was like apocalyptic world it was pretty cool I was sad when it got cancelled

I think one of the keys to a great video game is a great Anagonist. If it wasn't for the antagonist in Borderlands 2 I'm not sure the game would've been as well received as it was.

Giancarlo is an amazing actor. He keeps getting type-cast as a bad guy, but I get so excited whenever I see him appearing as a bad guy, because I know the performance will be amazing.

I can't express how excited I am to see this man in one of my favorite game series. I don't watch the Mandalorian but Gus Fring was my favorite part of Breaking Bad. I can't wait to see how he compares to Michael Mando as Vaas from FC3!

Giancarlo is not only the best villain in television history but now's he gonna be the best villain in video game history, Ubisoft always does the best villains, even though i hated the Seed family in Far Cry 5 i can still acknowledge them as good villains for their game and Pagan Min is still my favorite FC villain but now it looks like there's a new contender for best video game villain, you rock Giancarlo.

i don't know man... i always loved this guy as actor. seeing him hyped makes me pretty hyped lmao. you can really see that he's actually pretty curious about this entertainment branch and i like the fact that he's really professional, taking this project really seriously. i really hope this will be a great game because and i really think he has what it takes to be one of the greatest villains of farcry franchise :D
