Really thankful for the Management. I once was an employee there. My parents were not interested to come to Ballari initially. I requested them to just spend few days and if they don't like them they can go back. Once they came here, they did not move from the place for 1.6 years til I resigned. My dad was not happy when I resigned the company. More than my HR and my manager , my dad was convincing me to not to not to leave this company.

They use mobile phone manufactured by a corporate company, app developed by a corporate company, internet infrastructure built by a corporate company but somehow they consider corporates to be an evil entity. They are true hypocrites and nothing more.
JSW Vijayanagar , i joined there as a Graduate Engineer Trainee, today i believe if i am successful professional, is only because of the JSW, it has given me the career which i never expected.
I visited in 2009 the plant and accommodation provided to employees. During that time only, it was amazing. Now, It will be far better and I feel proud of JSW such a wonderful journey.

I cooked for Mr Naveen Jindal sir one year during COVID......all family is so nice fantastic and really helpful for people like us he helped me so much i love all family..........they are really great person.......i prey to God that mr. Yes u created job opportunity in bellary but still around the jsw villages don't have basic facilities and no proper education iam the part of jsw but i still hate my working company as a ballarian 😢
It is the duty of the government to do those.
May be JSW can spend their CSR Fund (Corporate Social Responsibility) on improving quality of life in Bellary.

Dreaming big, tiding over daunting tasks and earnest intents for mankind and mother earth, yields results. I consider myself fortunate to have spent two years at Vijayanagar including the combat against COVID. JSW, as an organisation has & will figure in many business books.
Railway track exist there, during the British time, river tungabhadra is nearby only and we have a beautiful Sandur forest (now it's mining ground)
It's my Ex company.. A total of 900 employees have died till now..while the management has done lot of things for safety but still couldn't stop people (employees) from dying..
What an inspiring journey. More corporations should conduct themselves accordingly. When I studied business administration, we were taught that the company was part of the environment, and as such should not only make a profit, but also give to the community and its employees. (OK, a long time ago.) Sadly, MBAs have destroyed that philosophy, and today almost all business are solely and exclusively focused on profit.
What and how @jsw has achieved everything is fabulous...its fantastic...thanks @national geographic for coming up with this video of a company.
