  • Today, let's look at the homeschool section of my Homeschool Adventures Planner. In these pages you can note important information about your homeschool, set your goals, think about your mission or your "why" for your homeschool, brainstorm curriculum, brainstorm activities and fieldtrips, track your homeschool expenses, log your borrowed resources, plan loop schedules or group subjects, plan for each individual student, track attendance, keep grades, lay out a family schedule, plan for and track lessons for each subject, take notes, and reflect on each student homeschooling as you work through your year. Enjoy!

    What is loop planning?

loop planning is a way to work through several resources without planning to do them on a specific day or time. Instead, you have a list of things that you would like to do. When it is time to do your lessons, you just work on the next thing on the list, looping back up to the beginning of the list when you have reached the end of it. You can decide how much of your loop you want to accomplish each day or just do as much as time allows for on busy days. This keeps you moving forward in all the resources you have listed without a strict time/date schedule to do them.

      Thanks! That actually seems straightforward.
