Welcome!
I created the Homeschool Adventures Planner to meet my own homeschool and family needs. I've used many other homeschool, teacher, and personal planners over the years never finding just the right fit for us. Going into my ninth year of homeschooling I designed this planner with a simple, beautiful, bullet journal inspired feel. I was thrilled with how it turned out and enjoyed making it so much, I started to share it with others. I was met with an amazing response from other homeschoolers and was encouraged to make it available to others. My prayer is that this planner will bless others as it has blessed me and that it will be a delightfully useful tool in your own planning this year and for years to come.

How do you use the Lesson Tracker pages? Do you have a past video ?

What is loop planning?
loop planning is a way to work through several resources without planning to do them on a specific day or time. Instead, you have a list of things that you would like to do. When it is time to do your lessons, you just work on the next thing on the list, looping back up to the beginning of the list when you have reached the end of it. You can decide how much of your loop you want to accomplish each day or just do as much as time allows for on busy days. This keeps you moving forward in all the resources you have listed without a strict time/date schedule to do them.

Have you tried erasable highlighters and pens? They changed my planner game immensely!
I have not tried erasable highlighters but I have used the Frixion erasable pens. My kids and I used to use them all the time but we kept running out of ink so fast with those that I stopped buying them. I my try them again though ;)

Will an 8.5x11 piece of paper slide into the planner without hanging out
It will probably hang out of the paper sheets but it may not reach past the laminated cover edge.

Hi Ashley! I will offer this as a physical copy in the future but as of now it is a printable only. I have plans to finish a part B and C to this to stretch it out over a whole year basically doing each part per "term" in a Charlotte Mason style. Once I have all three parts completed, I will offer it as a physical copy.

Is there a loop schedule page and a curriculum tracker?
Hi there! There's not specifically a loop schedule page but there are a couple of different notes areas that you could use for your loop scheduling or you could add it to one of the lesson trackers. There are pages for noting the curriculum used for family subjects, individual subjects, as well as lesson trackers in the homeschooling section; and there are lesson trackers in the weekly layouts. I hope that helps!

This is the only version I have of this one at the moment though I may create some more for older kids at some point ;)
You say in the video that this planner is not available as a pdf. What is the difference between this and the blessed homeschool planner pdf option? What am I missing out on by ordering that instead?
At the time I made this video it was not available as a PDF. However it is now available as a PDF I was able to get it all set up so the PDF blessed homehomeschool adventures planner in my shop is this planner completed as a download😁

I have already purchased a planner for this year of the "traditional" type, but then I also discovered Heart of Dakota and we are making the switch! I can see how this type of planner would work better for the HOD- now I'm trying to figure out how to use my current planner. Your version above would work a lot better. We will see how it goes. I may be purchasing one of yours if mine won't work... or definitely next year!
So glad you found HOD! They are really an amazing curriculum company. I never ended up sticking with traditional planners because I do use HOD (and I've used some other open and go style curriculums over the years as well) that don't need extensive teacher planning on my part. That's one big reason I made this planner. :)

How many subjects are included in the subject tracker section for each student?
There are 4 student tracker grids per student along with their curriculum record chart that has 8 unlabeled subject areas. If you buy the printable pdf download version, you can print out as many trackers as you need. If you buy the physical print planner you can always leave me a note at checkout requesting additional pages if you need them 😊

Thank you! I do offer a lesson planner version of this planner ( www.etsy.com/listing/952935654/21-22-print-lesson-planner-by-homeschool ). In this planner option, I do more tracking of what we've accomplished using a curriculum that is really open and go. What I like to do is use the homeschool planning section to plan out what curriculum I'm using and map out the lesson numbers on each student's lesson tracker grid. Then I just check them off as we complete them.
