I don't think Shaq 'bullies' Barkley. They go back and forth, usually at the same time. But Charles gives as good as he gets.
I tend to disagree with Charles in general. There are some md-size guys, like Ant and some others, that I think could probably play skill positions in the NFL, offensive or defensive. I do not think Austin Reeves could play in the NFL.

Shaq's capstone course for his EdD was looking at humor and aggressiveness in leadership styles. It's clear to me that he found an idea he liked and latched onto it as some sort of universal truth. Because his humor often puts other people down, and he's almost always aggressive with his comments. He thinks it makes him a leader. It makes him look like a tool.

I knew before I clicked to watch this video that Shaq would believe he and others could play in the NFL. Lmfao.
There’s good reason why you don’t see any 7 footers playing pro football. And very few over 6-9. Because low man wins. And these other 300+ pound lineman and 260+ pound tight ends get better leverage and would eventually wreck the knees of a Shaquille O’Neal.
There’s also good reason you don’t see (and never really have seen) a 7 foot receiver or tight end. There are plenty of 6’9”+ NBA rejects that couldn’t make it in the league. Why don’t we see them “fall back” to the NFL? Because their knees would get wrecked getting consistent tackled by players lower to the ground. Plus they don’t have foot speed, short area quickness, or physical mentality to make it.
The only real basketball “crossovers” have been tight-ends and offensive tackles. Antonio Gates, Jimmy Graham, etc. And despite what delusional Gilbert Arenas believes, a skinny rail like Wenbanyama could not be used to block kicks. He’d eventually get injured below the waist. That’s precisely why we never see a 7 foot NBA or college reject make the transition.
These people never think things through or ask themselves, “why don’t we see it already?”

I don't think there's 30 players that you can take from the NBA right now and be good in college football let alone the NFL. NBA players for the most part are athletic freaks, so are NFL players, but those are still two completely different skillsets. There are plenty of good athletic freaks in the college game who actually know football and practice it everyday and are good at it that will never step foot on an NFL field, I have no reason to believe that you're just going to 30 guys from the NBA and throw them in Lambeau or Soldier Field at the beginning of January in the snow unless you're throwing them in there for the sole purpose of getting destroyed. Just because someone is great at their job, does not mean they are going to be great at someone else's job.

NBA players may be more skilled and more athletic than NFL players but that doesn't mean they can play in the NFL. The two sports are not interchangeable. Football is more physical than basketball. In basketball, you're trying to running around people. In football, you're running through people. It's a different mindset, different mentality altogether. There's also the weather to take into account. Football players are expected to play in all kinds of weather conditions (heat, humidity, wind, rain, snow). NFL players often have to take that in account and adjust accordingly. NBA players have the luxury of not having to worry about that. I can't see any NBA player in an NFL game in Buffalo in the middle of a blizzard.
