This house isn't worth $35M.... not even close. Yes, the view is spectacular. But I went there to look at it. The house has nothing to offer except views, and maybe $2M worth of materials within the build. Also, houses on this hill always slide off during heavy rainfall. Which is why the entire hillside looks horrible.

I agree that sometimes these homes seem overpriced. However, the amount of time and money that goes into these developments...
Sometimes over 5 years for a single home. The planning and permit can take 18 months, the foundation another 12 months. It's a is a painstaking process, and with the amount of foundation work that is required to be allowed to build in the Hills, these homes are not going anywhere!!
