PK. Saenchai Muay Thai Gym
In the back alleys of the low rise residential district of Bang Kho Laem and affiliated with the greatest fighter of Muay Thai history, Saenchai is the PK. Saenchai Muay Thai Gym.
The magnitude is like a muaythai carnival, but often, train with the best or in this case, amongst the best, to become the best.
The gym is best accessed by Grab or taxi and any queries are generally quickly answered. We contacted the gym by IG.
Training: Morning run 6am. bagwork and strength conditioning
Afternoon training : 2-7pm.
The gym also provides accommodation, food and bike rental if required.

I managed to get there for one session wish I could have done more but sadly I had to leave Bangkok amazing gym would highly recommend and you never know who you might see there

Just back from training here and wished i stayed longer, all the trainers, Fighters and staff were superb, really helpful and fun. Getting to meet tawanchai was amazing , Recommended 100%
Any recommendations on hotels/accommodation near this gym?
The gym is in Bang Khlo which doesn't have too much by way of accomodation so it's best to either stay with the gym or catch a grab in from your chosen hotel IMHO!
23k baht a month for training ? That's more than minimum monthly salary in Thailand. Rip off...
Definitely a sum for people with the means and intent to train at a level of gym with the biggest names
@@plenaandco means and intent not enough to train there. You must be very rich 🤣. Better to go to Bangtao in Phuket. Place is new with good coaches and 4 x cheaper. Plus to live in Phuket is way better than overcrowded Bangkok…
