Foriegn fighters and attendees have a few small hotels and condos to stay near by. When we attended, we were a 8 min walk away at an air bnb condo. Some people travelled via bike taxi to FA Group from as far as Sukhumvit!!! Sometimes the camps themselves also can make recommendations.

Hello! It really depends on your level and fight style (or what you want to learn)! For example, FA Group for clinch style, Sangmorakot for classic and it really depends on where you stay. There are so many good gyms everywhere so location and accessibility in Bangkok is crucial!

Think about at 2000 the most importants gyms were kaewsamrit, 96penang/sit or / Petchyndee in Bangkoknoi, last year of famous camp sor thanikul opened was 2002 before they closed, jocky gym as well … even at 2008 the best gym was wor wiwatananont in Taling Chang and even kesa gym who was in soi wat kampeng was opened before Jitmuangnon. @@plenaandco It’s great to keep things positive, I’m all for it. But then that’s NOT a fair and balanced review. if you are only pointing out the pros and leaving out the cons. If it’s all pros, then it’s a (paid/ bartered?) advertisement. Don’t get me wrong, I agree that most of these buffet places feature are really good! The different oyster selection (Fines de Claire, Irish, American, Canadian, etc) at Embu is amazing. Same with Basilico’s cheese selection - they have an entire ROOM selection of cheeses. I guess, people are searching for honest, balanced and fair reviews. More like Google reviews… you’ve got the raving good, not so good, bad and down right ugly reviews. There is so much fake-ness, catfishing, misleading social media posts; many disguised as genuine reviews or recommendations, when they are in fact, paid advertisements, collaborations, etc. If it’s a paid advertisement or a bartered deal which the featured places, then say so. Don’t use say it’s because you only want to show the positive ‘reviews’ and don’t want to tear any business down. It sounds so disingenuous. And ppl can see right through it…

The gym’s name is not about this meaning !! Jit is from one of the owner and now mayor of Nonthaburi county Somjit kwankeo and muangnon is from the man who looked after the boxers and gambling boss Uan Muangnon (fatman from the land of Nonthaburi ) my first time was in 2012 and i lived there for 6 years 3 months per year only a few foreigners or no one at that time. Good experiences

Typically most MT Gyms do 8-10km in the AM and 5km in the afternoon. We shot in the afternoon!
