    Delish, I make rice and also potato cakes all the time from left overs....throwing in canned tuna or salmon in the mix doesn't hurt also. Enjoy your recipes and videos and have tried a bunch, thanks.

    This reminds me of the fried breadcrumbs I make! Breadcrumbs and egg wash fried in olive oil. So good over pasta, and even good heated up the next day!

    I tried these yesterday. They were delicious. I'll definitely make them again (printed out the recipe). I split the mixture into two and then added some beef minced meat (already cooked and seasoned) into the second mixture. Sorry for playing around with an already perfect recipe, but I love experimenting. Was also very tasty :)

    Here in the US, my Italian mom & grandmother before her, used to make something similar with leftover rice called rice balls.

    We are going to try a vegan version of this using ground flax seeds and water for the egg. For the cheese, we will do nutritional yeast and rice vinegar. Thanks for making this❤

    I want to use this recipe to make Salmon cakes... I think it would be awesome to toss some salmon in with the rice and fry them up. I could be wrong, but I'm going to give it a shot.

      Depends where you’re from. Alioli or aioli are both correct.

    Got left-over rice? Throw it away. Avoid food poisoning.

      If you refrigerate it soon after cooking, there should be no problem. Leaving it out after cooking is the culprit. I freeze my leftover rice after cooking it in the fridge.
