Bear in mind that Garmin sleep tracking is not that accurate - watches like the apple watch are better

That is true, but one thing I don't like from the Apple Watch is that I need to have the sleep focus mode on to track sleep stages. Other than that, the accuracy can be better on the Apple Watch
