This looks great. I’ve made something similar for years. Great video! I love that you said what temp you are cooking with. A lot of people don’t. It’s not super important because as long as it’s not on low or high you can do it but it’s helpful for people who don’t know how to cook. Cheers! (No offense but from one cook to another you are going to cut your fingers off. I would suggest maybe looking at how to cut with your finger tips tucked in. I’ve seen some nasty accidents that are completely preventable. It takes some practice but once learned it’s easier.)
