Makes: 3 Quesadillas Prep Time: 5 Mins Cook Time: 20 Mins
- Large Flour Burrito Tortillas
- Shaved Ribeye Steak
- Raw Large Shrimp ( Peeled/ Deveined/ Tails Off)
- 1/2 Red Onion, Diced
-1/4 Green Bell Pepper, Diced
- 1/4 Red Bell Pepper, Diced
- 3 Tsp Sofrito Base (Optional- Substitution: Salsa)
- 1 Tsp Chili Powder
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- Cajun Seasoning to Taste
- Chicken Broth (Optional)
- Olive Oil
- Butter
TACO BELL COPY CAT SAUCE:
- 3 Heaping Tbsp Sour Cream
- 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Tsp Paprika
- 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
- Diced Jalapeños
- 1 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar (Regular vinegar will do)
- Cholula Mexican Hot Sauce (Optional)
