Do the books in a restaurant for one day! One day! And realize he is actually generous! Restaurants don’t make as much money as you think they do! You either get into this profession because you love it, or you don’t!…. I guess he should just lose money to make you happy? Correct? See those grill marks? Those aren’t free! 💯
