Yeah it's an awesome mod for the amp, no need for pedals. adds more gain and compression to the sound, you already get more gain when you plug it and have another switch for more if you want, and a deep switch if you need more low end. the bottom end is not getting fubby as long as you dont have too much bass on your tone. it sounds way better if you open up the amp a bit and not super low volumes.
Killer bro! Victoria is a great axe indeed. Is that amp modded? Or is it not recorded with mic? The sound has not the low frequencies as when it is recorded with mic. I love it 🤘
Thanks bro, I used the Marshall SC20H modded with Legendary Tones hot mod V2, it adda more gain and saturation to the tone, no pedals needed. And yeah I recorded with 2 sm57 mics and 4x12 cab with greenbacks and V30s in X pattern.

Does this Hot Mod make a big difference in gain and sustain? I keep wanting to buy it but haven't yet. Does the bottom end get fubby? Thanks

@@JCMSlash Clarified 😀 Thanks bro!
Which of the Studio Marshalls do you recommend for Slash covers? SC20, SV20 or Jubilee?
Jubilee is the most versatile, the SC20 is second.
@@JCMSlash I have the SV20 & the studio Jubilee already and I'm looking at the SC20 or the JTM studio now for the next purchase :)
Is that from the slash colection
Yeah Victoria Goldtop
