    After downsizing from our luxury Class A Diesel Pusher to a 32' Travel Trailer, how are we feeling about our decision? There are so many pros and cons to traveling in both types of RV's! It's hard to compare apples to oranges. But do we have regrets? Are there things we miss about the diesel pusher? You betcha! But there are also so many things to love about the simplicity and low cost of a smaller travel trailer too. Tell us how many RV's you've owned and do you regret any trades you've made?

    We have only ever had one RV. It is a 2006 42' Monaco Dynasty Class A diesel pusher. My wife is handicapped and our RV provides her with the comfort and amenities she needs to travel. She has kidney issues and has to use the bathroom frequently too. It is so nice not having to stop at every other exit for her anymore. Now she just goes while I drive. Sometimes I get lucky and she will even bring a snack back upfront with her. Lol!!!

    We have a front living room fifth wheel. I really like the opposing slides and all the floor space. If I am cooking, I don't feel like people are in my way. We have had several campers and fifth wheel is the way to go for sure.

    Good review! Way to show appreciation for the big guy and the little guy. We have a Forest River Cherokee Alpha Wolf 26DBH-L that my husband, myself and our 3 husky rescues lived in for nearly 6 months this past year. It takes a lot of patience and creativity to live in a travel trailer under 30 feet.

    We have a Jayco white Hawk 27RK We really like the rear kitchen, but the window up front is a thermal hole, gets hot in summer and cooler in fall. but the shade really makes a difference. but outsdie of that seeing the stars at night is pretty cool!

    I have a 12v fridge in my Rockwood Geo Pro. You do have to be careful and not pack it so full that the food is against the walls, because it has to have air circulation. And, you can adjust the temperature.

    Whoever gets your trailer is a lucky person!! We pick up our Intech SOL Dusk next week. It is our first camper. Watching your videos makes me want to update our tow vehicle and get a 5th wheel. I have always wanted one and still do. But I know it is not what our family needs at least right now. So I will enjoy what we have and follow your adventures. Are y’all going to be at the Louisville RV show? If so I would love to meet up and say hello. You have a good following have you thought of doing a camp weekend for your people next spring or a place to meet up at the show?? Would love to meet up and say hello and ask questions. 😊

    We have a Sporttrex. I love it. It's 28' from hitch to bumper. We had to have a hitch jack replaced also. We have a front kitchen. I really like the big window above my sink. We camp a week at a time each month in the summer. Have fun! ❤

    We went from a Bunk House travel trailer to a couples 5th wheel from Alliance (32RLS Avenue) and it has turned out to be a great camper/upgrade. Still big enough for our daughter and a friend, and small enough to camp in state parks. It's been a great first couples camper for the two of us. Best of luck w/ your future decisions....there are lot of great campers out there.

    We like our current Sportrek 333vfk, and like you guys found our 2020 302vrb lacking a bit in space thus our reason to trade. They may be nice but like you i just can't see enough benefits to justify the cost of purchasing and maintaining a class A motorhome. I am also sold on the BAL frame and components. Enjoy your videos.

    I think I figured out why I subscribed. Watching Jarrett is like listening to myself talk LOL. I follow my brand's fan page on FB, and wish I had a dollar for every first world problem causing vacation failures or extended shop stays. Our TT is even more sparsely furnished than yours, and if I got paid every time I said, "I'll never have THAT problem," while reading FB posts, I could retire already.

    • @JandAReview1
      @JandAReview1 Месяц назад

      @@OurNextAdventurejvh We haven’t had a problem with our BAL frame but if I’m not mistaken, the Durango has a Lippert frame. If that is true, the frame is not gonna keep us from buying a Durango. With our channel, we look at so many and the Durango fits us perfectly and checks every box. We haven’t had any problems with our KZ connect and I believe that’s why we’re gonna stay with KZ. We’re headed to the factory next month to do some videos.

    None of the lighter weight trailers, even with auto leveling, is going to be as solid as a DP or Super C. It all comes down to the frame stiffness.

      Oh for sure!!! If money wasn’t a problem, absolutely 100% would love to keep pushing our way across the country! lol We’d have no problem paying for the storage unit, upkeep, higher insurance, higher cost of travel, luxury amenities, comfortable travel, access to motorcoach resorts…loved having the pusher!! But since unfortunately money does come into play in this department…it wasn’t reasonable for us to keep spending like that. Not right now anyway. Maybe later in the future, we’d love to own a Motorhome again! Or a Super C.
