For a start I would suggest you three youtube channels: Proko, Ahmed Aldoori and Ross draws. Proko has a lot of amazing beginner friendly art videos and tutorials. It will also help you with your fundamentals. Ahmed Aldoori is one of my favourite arists and I have learnt a lot from him. He also has a beginner art course that I would definitely recommend. Ross draws is another artist that I really enjoy. He also has a lots of painting tutorials on his channel. But improving your art fundamentals should be your first goal. Art books that I would recommend are Scott Robertsons 'how to draw' and 'how to render'. And just find artists whose art you enjoy and study them.
