The "end of the road" tour was Dynasty 79. The album sucked, the shows sucked and ever since it's been all; about MONEY for gene and "LOOK AT ME" for Paul. They have been a tribute band since they put the makeup back on.

I used to love Kiss. I gotta say, it's a good thing they have the mammoth show and the hype to back it up, because musically, they haven't done anything even remotely interesting for well over 30 years.
