I tried the recipe, it was disastrous as the caramel is not enough to coat the 500g peanuts. As a result the peanuts and sesame cannot be cut into bars like what you have shown. It was all loose. I referred to another recipe the ratio of peanuts was much lesser than what you have given.. I had to cook another portion of caramel to bind the peanuts and sesame seeds again. Please correct your recipe.

Tq for the wonderful resipi. Can we use honey instead of maltose becoz i have honey in the home.
In India we call it Chikki. Especially made in winters! We even make it with jaggery.
