Okay so it feels like everyone is/ becomes at least a little lactose intolerant because genetically it’s a rare-ish mutation to NOT be lactose intolerant. Pretty much back when humans were hunters and gathers we drank breast milk as babies and then never drank milk again because we didn’t have cows. So our body figured it doesn’t have to waste its energy on making the enzyme that breaks down lactose once we’ve hit a certain age. Now, for most people, our bodies are still wired to do that so most people become lactose intolerant. Those who have the mutation, which is passed down through generations, do not become lactose intolerant. This is also why Asian and other cultures who have less dairy products in their diet have more issues with lactose. It’s just genetics!

This has had me rolling round laughing. Korys fave was a picture. Even mousse came in and hid in case he got roped into the taste test with you lol xxx
Agreed, the high test formula smells so bad! We were 50/50 when my kids were tiny too. Funny story, when we were sleep deprived newborn parents, we premixed some formula before bed so that we didn’t have to do it in the middle of the night. One night my husband was making bottles in the middle of the night. The next morning, I came downstairs and there was the premixed formula sitting out on the counter and in the fridge I found a bottle of shampoo that I had left on the counter after shopping the day before. At the time My sleep deprived brain was so mad about it, but now it is one of our favorite stories to laugh at from that phase in our life! Fed is best!
From what I've been learned while studying to become a midwife, whether or not a flavor is transferred into breastmilk depends on the molecule size that the food breaks down to. Some medications can break down into very very small pieces which are easily transferable into breastmilk and can make the milk taste metallic (that also means your baby is consuming that particular medication). That is one of the reasons why some medications shouldn't be taken while breastfeeding :)
OMG. there’s a bottled protein shake by the brand “GHOST” and it’s cereal milk flavored! you should totally get one and compare the taste to your breast milk in a vlog 😂😂
But more importantly: they still sell Honey Ohs! We love them and buy them all the time. I never find them at my grocery store, but they sell them at Target!
First time we fed our first baby formula, we called a family member who had bottle fed to check if the smell was normal because we thought it had gone bad

My favorite thing ever: Cory going “COOOOLLLLLLEEEEEEEEENNNNNNNNAAAAAAAAA
Happy new year Colleen
Love love love when I open a notification and get to see Colleen and Kory together!!! 😁 they don’t know it but they are my BEST FRIENDS!!! 🥰
My soul desperately needed a new colleen and Kory video 💜
YOU ARE LIKE A PRO MAMA! we love you💕
kory: “i was a formula baby and i’m perfectly normal!”

colleen: “i was a breastfed baby and i’m perfectly normal!”
everyone: 👀👀👀
i thought the same 😅😅😅
not to be corny but i cried a little bit when she said “i love you and i support you and i think you’re doing the right thing for you and your baby” i haven’t heard that enough colleen so thank you 🥺
I’m proud to say that I’ve been watching Colleen for 6 years now 🤝
I’ve only been watching for a year 😂
10 years for me ☺️ so crazy to think about it though
I love this friendship. We should all be so lucky!!
That "ope" from gangnam style cracked me up. I had to rewatch. Also the spirit milk clip. This was a hilarious video
Colleen: “I was a breast-fed baby and I am perfectly normal!”
Me: starts thinking of Miranda…
😂
Yes😉
Oh n feeding tube babies tend to have acid refux after for a lil while. It will get better. My baby was a nicu and open heart surgeries baby n we struggled... now he eats everything n is good. So Don't fret my pet. Your doing beautiful love you both!!!
This has had me rolling round laughing. Korys fave was a picture. Even mousse came in and hid in case he got roped into the taste test with you lol xxx
I can’t with kory’s “COOOOOOLLLLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEEEEEEENNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNAAAAAAAAAAAAAA”😂😂😂
i could watch kory and colleen talk for hours
LOL that's hilarious XD almost sounds like your hubby had pregnancy brain lol.
Melk is actually Milk in Dutch, so Kory is saying it correct ;p
Was going to say this!
That is one of the reasons why some medications shouldn't be taken while breastfeeding :)
super interesting! thanks for sharing
OMG. there’s a bottled protein shake by the brand “GHOST” and it’s cereal milk flavored! you should totally get one and compare the taste to your breast milk in a vlog 😂😂
But more importantly: they still sell Honey Ohs! We love them and buy them all the time. I never find them at my grocery store, but they sell them at Target!
Lol can you imagine a Whipped Formula like Colleen was obsessed with whipped coffee ☕
Melk is the right way to pronounce the word milk, if you're from Norway... go my norwegian queen Kory!!
Same thing for the Netherlands!
First time we fed our first baby formula, we called a family member who had bottle fed to check if the smell was normal because we thought it had gone bad
Grow up
OH’s are still available at Target!!!
I vividly remember having a Zac Efron "got milk" poster in my school LOL!!
I was CRYING and laughing SO HARD, almost couldn't breathe with that old clip of the chunk milk! SOOOO FUNNY!!!
Some alt milks have more calcium and vitamin d than cow's milk! We were definitely brainwashed by those 90s Got Milks ads. xD Love this video. Y'all are hilarious!
Kori’s dramatic “Co-leeeeenn” gets me every time 🤣🤣
This is so funny, thanks for the upload! I have a 2-month-old right now and he is totally formula-fed. I tried pumping and it just didn't work. And yeah, I wouldn't drink formula voluntarily, but my little guy really likes it and that's all that matters. I love how feeding my baby isn't stressful anymore when I use formula, which I really appreciate, and how I don't feel chained to a pump anymore. Thanks for validating all the different ways of feeding babies.
I still do this day remember watching the video of Corey drinking chunky milk vid 😂😂😭🤣
You can absolutely "flavor" your milk!!!! We discovered my girl didn't like onion milk!!! She wouldn't drink when I would eat onions!
Yeah everyone knows you’re what you eat
Kory's reaction when he smells the breast milk mixed with the formula is hilarious! 😂
I like her she’s like oh we’re just gonna take a Sip of it and then y’all are over here taking a whole bottle😂😂
I never really laugh out loud when I'm watching something by myself, but with this video I did a couple of times, mostly about Kory's reactions. Love!
Kory is just the most precious. Love him!
