    Thanks for stopping by!
    In light of developing stories of Americans being charged for finding ammo in their luggage (Provo Airport), I want to express this video is solely for informational purposes. Please use your own discretion if planning a trip to TCI. Thank you.

    Awesome video! Just subscribed. We are going in June and can't wait. We are splitting our trip with 4 days on Middle and North Caicos and 5 days on Providenciales. You're video was really helpful, thanks.

      Be careful, it’s a racket to get your money or jail you, there’s lots of people who don’t get the publicity that can tell you nightmare stories. Don’t go.

    Very interesting video and beautiful island. I do have a question though, to get all those points to cover the cost of the tickets, is there any special process for that specific cc that offers a lot of points or is it just regular spending? My current cc offers reward points but to get that much, I will need to collect them over a loong period of time. Just wondering if Chase cc is better... or gives points in a more efficient way.

      Great question! We strategically sign up for credit cards when we want to book a bucket list trip ($). The sign up bonuses is what gets us the majority of our points. The standard sign up bonus is 60k; however Chase usually offers 80k one or two times a year for a chance at 20k extra bonus points.

    Great video, tons of information. I am curious about your experience with an AirBNB, you mentioned adjusting your expectations. We are traveling in Jan 2025 and staying in an AirBNB, should we reconsider our choice of lodging. Can you elaborate on your experience?

      Thanks! Yes, I would still recommend staying at an Airbnb, especially if it has good reviews and is better for your budget. Our host was great and kind. She was a local. The thing about TCI is that a lot of the locals seem to be in poverty, meaning things can be more ran down than what we Americans are accustomed to. That’s all I meant when setting your expectations.

      The host is very nice! With hosts in developing countries, you just have to manage expectations. Such as, it’s not a 4-5 star hotel stay, but does the job. Thanks for watching!

    Your militant policies regarding firearms and your most recent ridiculous arrests for 4 rounds of ammunition will cause most Americans to avoid coming there at all. This should be a simple fine. He screwed up. Sure. But 4 rounds of ammo and 10 years in prison?? You will never get a dime of my money.

    • @Spendalife777
      @Spendalife777  Месяц назад

      Our trip was completed before any of the recent news concerning the arrests of Americans for unintentional carrying of ammunition. As far as TCI's policies - I agree. Laws are created to protect, not harm the innocent. I hope TCI officials respond quickly from US officials to drop charges.
