For anyone wondering you can make your own belt squat by getting a weighted pull up belt and loading some weights on it and standing on two blocks and letting the weights hang between the blocks and holding on to something like a power rack 🤙

I think using the arms on the pull has benefit since you want to use your arms when you jump, and you also engage your back more. Do you agree?

I think he's always done most power exercises a bit more on his toes than in traditional powerlifting
