    This lift gave me the idea, what about a clean pull around 60%, then immediately go into a hang clean

      Heavy clean pulls and front squats, that's what Isaiah recommends I believe! 🫡

    10:18 Yeah bro never just go straight into nordic curls, really make sure your hamstring muscles are nice and warm. Those are really intense so the chances of you injuring your hamstring are very high
