The story of Airbnb and how it's founders never gave up during it's early years is truly inspiring. They persisted and worked on an idea that everyone else called crazy for years. Well You do have to be crazy to change the status quo and innovate.

Amful volatile loudness in this video. Starts silent, next grows up after several changes in locations, next became extremly silent again, so I have to maximize my volume just trying to understand more than half of words.

Caya, from a structure perspective, this video sucks. You are jumping around to so many different companies without fully tying off the message. It seems like this video should have been 20 minutes and should have more “analysis” content after the evidence of each company is presented. I feel like I was always on the edge of getting the full understanding of the value of growth hacking customers, but it never was specifically stated. This video seems like it was rushed (even though obviously all the graphics are awesome and there is a lot of content)
