Max's is a genuine guy and talented af glad to see him on a platform he deserves more this is a hella of a progression
Stop touching yourself
I dislike the fakeness of this show. It's like watching Pimp My Ride again.
@@mrtk23pl if I spend 3 yrs of my life on making shoes perfect like that I will be proud and fakeness is everywhere my man at least there not cringe
Can you give me a design

Been following Max ever since his first pair of neutral greys over a year ago now

I’m
cool
Does he sell customs ?
I’ve been following since this video
Man those kids in china would run circles around you lol
“他是天選之人!”
Fr, those ugyhur slaves turn out Nike and apple products more quickly than a robot.
When you heat the thread with a lighter it sometimes causes a black or dark brown discoloration. I hated it especially when using white or light color material. I did find using a soldering iron works well and allows you to set the temp and apply the heat only to the thread. Just a tip for anyone out there that also hates it.
Good looks
God knows if I had the skill, ability and access to equipment I would never buy another sneaker again. Lol. I would be making AJ1's religiously. Making my own colorways and all. The only part that sucks is you have to get a doner pair for the bottoms but give it 5-10 years and this will be 3d printed at home. Lol. Great work. Awesome craftsmanship.
i’d rather make my own designs of shoes instead of copying
@@coke8077 i like the Jordan 1 tho. Lol. It's a simple shoe that works in all occasions. I'm not interested in creating something from scratch because you still have to source a last, tooling, a midsole and rubber bottom. I rather that style
@@d.felixphoto2260 oh i thought you meant producing your own shoes from scratch not just customizing them lol
@@coke8077 yea. If I could recreate a perfect Jordan 1 silhouette I'm good. Lol
just buy replica jordans then
Dude that was seriously art. I was mesmerized by this knowledge filled labor. Gave me a lot more appreciation for shoe design and creation
Much appreciated! Glad you liked them!

Im buying a pair this week. Exactly what I’m looking for. Ty
@@RESHOEVN8R ,,when fakers make better shoes than nike themself"
Personally I'm not big on the whole sneaker head, hype beast, shoe lifestyle stuff. For me shoes are just something to cover and protect my footsies. However... I can very much appreciate the extremely high level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and just down right hard tedious work that you guys put into making those shoes! That was some seriously impressive stuff! I also liked how knowledgeable you guys were about all the little aspects and details of each part, the history of how the originals were made, and just the whole process in general. It was very interesting and informative to watch. You guys done an incredible job and it is something you should most definitely be proud of.
Scary how good & real they look this is a masterpiece
Thank you!
well they are real materials so i guess it would look real, if something is copied and you have the original to use with dimensions and measurements. so they are real shoes, the name jordan nike is just a company name on a shoe , these guys should make a limited line of shoes with there branding. they already have the stuff to do it so why not? nike iaint paying them , this is like a free ad for nike.
I was like “wait that’s Max’s pattern” then seeing max actually in the vid blew my mind! Fire colab
Thank for watching! We appreciate your support!
Max has them on his website where you can purchase them... I got one a few months ago...
@@C0bbler_J0nes yep 👍
@@C0bbler_J0nes what is his webstore?
Same lol I was like wait a.... Ohhhh shit!
I like how Vick didn’t lie about remembering max but said he’s become a fan of his work, this collab was unexpected but amazing, max definitely deserves more recognition. 🔥
Max is a true craftsman. His attention to detail is golden.
That screen print technique was sick. Max is a genius
Max goes crazy. Always go back and watch his videos whenever I want some inspiration. Happy to see him hear making more heat
What’s his ig my guy?
Do you make any of these? I want a bootleg with a custom logo instead of a swoosh
Cool bro
Amazing work. The folks over at Nike need to take notes. This is how retros should look.
You're asking nike to pay the Chinese workers more to produce a higher quality shoe in bulk and watch the price on retails skyrocket.
@@killareg23 you're asking us to pay MORE for poorer quality shoes, even though they have much cheaper labor now that they have sent the work overseas? Okay pal, you're literally delusional. 👌
Shoe building is such a work of art! Vick and Max totally nailed every nooks and crannies of the J1 BReds '85! The iconic J1's ever!
THIS IS INCREDIBLE WTF!? The accuracy down to the overall emboss of the logo. The amount of time put into this is just gorgeous.
This is pure ART!
When I saw how he did 85' Lakers for Foxtrot I was amazed.
We need to support this guy any means necessary!
Max has such a nice soothing voice, I can hear him talk all day.
A lil sus but I know what you mean. Guy has a good voice for sure
Pause
Ayoo
Lmao these replies are crazy 😂
What’s his ig my guy?
This was honestly so much fun watching this! It’s crazy to see how much work actually goes into handcrafted a shoe from scratch, especially trying to replicate how Nike did it in the 80’s. Honestly my mind is completely blown!
biggest flex gotta be knowing how to make your own shoes.
its incredible how he made a perfect retro of the 1s and yet over at jordan brand they half step
It's easy to make one from someone who cares. It's not the same in a sweatshop lol
It’s difficult to mass produce something like this I’d imagine
@@Simplystimulating they could do it but it would take away the exclusivity of the brand
@@Simplystimulating umm didn’t they do exactly this in 1985? Lol
GUYS, WE NEED MORE VIDEOS LIKE THIS ONE. THAT'S SO FREAKING FASCINATING! LOVED IT!
Max is that one guy who helps everyone in the group projects
please may i get it number or email address ?
But never wants credits....coolest guy
the "all around" guy! cool guy indeed
This was so dope being that I just finished doing my own custom Yeezy 1 sneakers I'm emotionally enthralled in this video The amount of hard work he did in just 2 days was amazing I remember working on stingray specifically for my custom Yeezys straps and it was so challenging literally took me 4 hours for 4 straps so just to hear him say he crammed all that hard work into just 2 days I'm completely impressed you guys did a great job and it's such a great video.
the amount of work on this video, the editing and all the work to do the shoe.. crazy, props to everyone on the team, big supporter here Vick!
Appreciate it!!
Max is the GOAT!!!! I’ve been watching his videos for a while now and his Jordan 1s are crazy good!!!!

YES MAX so happy to see your work on this big of a platform!!!!!

That kid Max is amazing. I can't believe he is self taught
Love seeing the process more than the final product! So sick Max you deserve it!
This is insane but so so so amazing.. I actually owned these same shoes back in 1985 when they first came out. They were great shoes but I had no idea how iconic they would become so many years later.
This is what I call beautiful art work
Max & vic did what they had to do with this pair! cameraman hit it with the shots too s/o Condawg👏🏾
sick custom would love to see more stuff like this, love your work Vic and Max
I wish I had Max’s talent. Super talented guy
for doing it all by hand/custom materials/etc. thats a fantastic job.
By far one of the best videos… loved the creativity… the length of the video and the whole thing as far as a custom from ground up 💯👌🏾
Max is a legend how far he's come.
I've only had the 13s in the past! I know nothing about sneakers but I live craftsmanship! You guys are beyond amazing and my mind blew a few times!
👊👊👍👍
My mind is blown from how much attention to detail was used to create these, Max you are truly a god when it comes to recreating these 1985 Jordan 1's. I am definitely going to have to get a pair from you one day! 🙌🙌🙌
PLEASEEE show us an update after wearing them a lot to see how they held up.
I so proud of boy Max, been watching him make amazing Jordan 1 85 on his RUclips and Instagram, I’m so happy that he is getting more exposure! Like I said it before...Nike if you are watching, hire this man!
Vick is awesome and very talented!!
Max is a super rich guy in the making imagine when he builds his own shoe!
Those Kobe’s in the background 🔥
Simply amazing! All those small details that max I’m sure spent countless hours trying to figure out makes it a masterpiece.
I don't know how 45 people would dislike this. The effort taken by both Max and Vick to make this pair possible was AMAZING.
Thanks for your support!
It's because people will say they made fake Jordan 1s, people don't respect craftsmanship anymore they are more worried about reselling and hype.
I have watched the video many times and still it amazed me.. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
These guys are truly sneaker lovers! Well done!
This was hella dope, hope to see more DIY AJ1s in the future ❤️
Brothers I must say y’all did your thing on this very amazing. Keep up the great work!💯
Wow. You guy deserve all the views you can get. Amazing craftsmanship.
This is why I say replicants are winning so much craftmanship and work put into it. Some replicated Sneakers are better than the real thing even if your using Tupperware 🤷🏿♂️
Both are mass produced ones just cheaper basically the same thing neither is better the other
It’s about the feeling. Owning a rep isn’t the same feeling as owning a legit pair. You actually got be real careful with legits 🤣
Maxio is of the ones who motivated me to make my own jordan

That's amazing. I'm blown away. Total skill, congrats

this has to be the dopest shit. much love and respect boys! i can respect the journey it took to get to this point. perfection is just a shit ton of failutres. keep grinding
All jokes aside, amazing work! I love skilled people that use their talents to the max.
I would love to see you make the best quality Jordans l, don't just match the materials, improve on it. Like the air zoom cmfts, which show how comfortable air Jordan ones could be, but still made with Nike's cheap materials. Use the most premium materials you can lay your hands on.
Where's the joke
This was way better than the original..No doubt the counterfeit shoes market is glowing 😮
Absolutely incredible work!
I am surprised Nike is letting you guys run with this. Magnificent job you guys. 🔥
They can’t do anything because he’s not selling in mass.
Amazing! Would love to know how much the price would be to build a pair of these! I am sure it would be worth it!
Straight Up Craftsmen !
Holy shit this is waaaay way higher quality than the OG. Where did Max acquire so much knowledge about so many different things?? that guy's impressive af
These are the shoes that should be selling for 10x retail value. Not the b.s made in assembly lines. Craftsmanship is everything. Great work!!
Your right resellers are crazy!!!!
Vic is always trying to learn and grow in the sneaker game. He’s gonna go places Fr🥇🐐. Keep up the good work and shoutout to reshovn8r for supporting the projects
💯
That tip about the tupperware heel counters is gold. I had a pair of sneakers where the heel counters disintegrated into many small pieces over time, every time I took them off I'd shake a handful pieces out as the thin inner lining had worn out at the heel also.
I replaced them with plastic from an empty bleach bottle. With the extra plastic I also made some half insoles for the heel area, to go under and support the cushioning insoles, as the heel support was also a bit worn out.
These are just splendid !
Wow just wow ❤️
Yes they look fire!!!!!
Awsome job guys. Loved the video every second of it. Amazing 👌
Okay, THAT was freekin' amazing !!! I never knew there was so much that went into a Jordan shoe... pretty cool, Gentlemen... pretty cool !!!
How does one go about learning how to make shoes, let alone a scratch build? My son would be really intrigued by this. Love the video. Makes me want create in my field. Good work fellas!
