Ever thought about using the bag handles around the ankle insole area? I’m sure you could unbind the handle and perhaps lay it over that area or the Achilles area that says Nike air… I would even consider using the handle’s binding patch on that Achilles area too

I bought a Louis Vuitton custom AF1 with the LV monogram materials on my sneaker. I have seen thread inside of my sneakers; It’s not like anybody is going to see the stitching inside of my shoe 🤣 but your custom is fire af 🙏🏾
