Great little ride, really like how this is let very simple but so realistic, the simple and very lightly themed buildings work great here, very well done! My only tiny bit of criticism would be the colour of the boats/seats, that bright orange seems a bit harsh in contrast, but that's a tiny thing! All in all, great work! :)
I really liked it but next time when doing a POV for a raft i would maybe not do it in first person but in 3rd person of the raft so we can see the whole ride! Other than that it was fantastic

On a water ride, you will normally find a ride operator station at the top of any mechanical lift. This is very common for log flume rides.
As you say in the video the extra rafts and life preservers are a very nice little detail.
