Stormy did an interview with Bill Mahar in 2018, and it was radically different than her current story.
I can’t believe the defense didn’t play the “Real Time” clip while Stormy was on the stand.
@@brotherted9212 Because she wasn't under oath on the BM show. She can say she was lying w/virtually no repercussions.
@@oldmandice2731
It’s wouldn’t be about perjury. It would be character evidence.
The 6 times she denied it ever happened should help.
@@oldmandice2731It's not about her lying. You go after her credibility and now there's doubt she's lying in court
Let's investigate the connection between the DOJ/White House and each of the indictments.
That's coming. If Trump gets back into office, there are going to be a lot of people fleeing to non-extradition countries.
Sounds like the GOP has started it
They have. There isn't any.
New York City trial is a Jerry springer production 12:07
No, Democrat lawfare will not end. It will NEVER end. It's basically all they've got.
Literally thats it. All they have are lies and fear mongering.
it will not end until the people perpetrating it start to go to prison.
Well, that and winning the popular vote in seven of the last eight presidential elections.
Trump doesn't deny most of the charges. He doesn't even try. He just claims as president, you can't touch him. Trump has his lawyers arguing in court a president could order the assassination of a political rivals with immunity.
@@markkozlowski3674Too bad for you that the popular vote means nothing.
This whole trial is such a bizzare and absurd situation.
Which Trump trial isnt
@@jackyhallmark3094 💯
its just to get trump dirty laundry in the news. Its an election tactic by democrats
Trump is bizarre and absurd.
I'd like to think it will come to an end because people will get tired of the stench of Lawfare and corrupt officers of the court.
they don't give one single shit about what "people" think.
That smell, is it like when you change a diaper?
MSDNC's ratings have not been that impressive during the trial. When it's over they will tank.
Are those lawn mowers on that shirt? Love you Clay I listen to you everyday!
Nothing is an error nothing is a mistake this is all intentional
Wormy Daniel’s BLEW it. Ahem. Hahaha
Stormy would have blown it, but it was to small to find🍄🍄🍄🍄🍄🍄🍄🍄🍄
@@russell4824 oh yeah. She blew it alright
New York democrat charm school. Always showing their class !!!!!
You are so8unding a bit too optimistic. The NY state Democrat Justice league has the fix in for trump.
Paying hush money doesn't prove that an act happened. It's astounding to me how many crazies don't understand that.
🎯 Most of the Dems truly believe that this trial is to determine if Trump and SD had a quickie almost 20 years ago.
Her testimony has been insane
Bragg has not even proven the original misdemeanor was valid charge, who is Alvin Bragg and his office to tell a company how to log a legal fee to an attorney. There is no crime at all in this case to start with.
So is it the only the current judge (Marchan?) that can call a mistrial? If so, I expect, barring a miracle or hung jury, it is going to end up in appeal down the road. No way this judge is going to do the "sensible" thing.
How can you defend yourself when the exact charges aren't explained..... Welcome to the Democratic Peoples Republic of New York..... Beria would be proud.......
Read the indictment. It is online. It explains the charges.

We are wasting our time, MAGA morons choice not to see the truth
The Government is paying her, “hush money”.
I sure do hope so!!
Can we talk about the fact that it happened in 2017, when the election was already over?
That is flatly incorrect.
@@markkozlowski3674 oh, so the bookkeeping error in question happened when, exactly?
@@the_naP Bookkeeping error??? Seriously??? In what universe is recording a hush money payment as a payment for legal services a bookkeeping error?
@@markkozlowski3674 Since that's exactly what it was. They categorized it wrong, the actual crime is a misdemeanor. You obviously don't know anything about the actual case, otherwise you wouldn't be surprised. You're just a Trump hating loser that doesn't actually care about the case or alleged crime, you just hate Trump.
@@markkozlowski3674 sweet. My last comment got deleted. Anyhow, you're obviously not familiar with the case, you just hate Trump. You're useless.
stormy has verified all sides in the affair...it never happened, it happened but not me-too, & now its happened me-too. everybody is right!
Nice shirt, Clay! Stupid question time: what is a mowing league? Love your legal breakdown, as usual.
Damn Jerry Jones
Stormy did not come through. wah wah wah
Extortion is what this sounds like! This is supposed to be about bookkeeping and how money was used not as affair that never happened and she admitted it didn’t! Trump 2024!
I wouldn't doubt if every last one of these jurors has been promised book deals, cash payments etc already. You know they were investigated and looked at with a microscope.
How nice of you to slander your fellow citizens without an iota of proof.

Not a chance Merchan tosses the case.
Every word you spoke only matters in a just system. And this is as far from just as it gets.
Stench i wouldn't let my DOG do that, that would be crueltie to animals
If that judge rules in favor in Trump for anything his daughters career working for Democrats is over. If anything is turned over by the appeals court the judge and his daughter can claim he did all he could to get Trump.
Regarding Clay's vid question: I sure as hell hope so!!
A one night stand is not an affair.

bro get your book out of the foreground of the shot.
Really you say there is no question about a sexual encounter, you must not be paying attention son.
Pretty lady 😍 💕
Hopefully the lawyers that are in the jury can look past their TDS politics and actually see what's going on here and not be afraid to speak up about it when the time comes and plus I'm not really sure that Bragg and the other Biden prosecutor are to worried about a conviction rather than smearing trump and doing their best to keep him off the campaign trail which what we seen in New Jersey yesterday from Trump,it really doesn't matter what they do to him
You mean where Trump falsified business records to hide hush money paid for cheating on his wife so it wouldn't show up while he was campaigning?
@@jasonhenninger8220 lololololol. Look at you.

Do not underestimate the hatred of Trump. Stormy's testimony just reinforces this hatred. Many jurors will vote to convict Trump even though no crime was committed. The best outcome for Trump will be a hung jury. Assuming there is at least one reasonable person on the jury.
How nice of you to slander your fellow citizens.
@@markkozlowski3674 It’s not slander when it’s true.
@@maxmusdan2484 Where's your proof? And you better have proof, or you may end up like Fox News, Kari Lake, Rudy Giuliani, Alex Jones, etc.
Well let's see. 87% of the voters in NYC voted for Biden in the 2020 election. Trump has a very unfavorable rating of 78% among Democrats. It is a high probability the 8 out of 12 have a highly unfavorable opinion of Trump. Many of the jurors admitted they only received their news from the NY Times and CNN. Two outlets not known for their fair and balanced reporting on Trump. Have never seen a video of a democrat or reporting from a democrat on Trump that weren't filled with hate.
So, my observation is based on the above evidence.
And as far as slander who are these jurors harmed or damaged but stating many are filled with hate for Trump. Will they be financially harmed? Do think so. Will they be victims of cancel culture. Don't think so. So, no harm no foul.
Clay, could you please explain whether or not the 34 counts are separate convictable charges, or are they wrapped up in a single charge?
I know nobody really knows what THE charge (or charges) are, but it’s important to know if Trump facing 34 charges of which he could be convicted, or if it’s a singular decision.
Or maybe it’s 34 charges, all of which depend on the same shabby “evidence”.
Judge Merchan is in on the game against Trump. I don’t see him declaring a mistrial.
Personally, I think Buck may be on to something. Assuming there’s only one bit of evidence to “justify” the 34 counts, Trump will get a hung jury, or maybe even acquitted. I think the jury will at least be hung 50/50.
It’s possible the two lawyers on the jury destroy the prosecution’s bogus charges and the jury says: Nah, ain’t nothing here.
It's all based on a single event (the alleged payment). Allegedly, Cohen paid her out of his own pocket, and Trump was supposed to reimburse him over 12 monthly payments. Two of those payments were combined, so there were ultimately 11 payments. That's the first 11 counts. There was an invoice generated for each payment, so that brings it to 22. The other 12 counts are related to ledger entries concerning the payments. It's a massive overcharge of what should be a single incident. It's going to be all or nothing.
Damn, thanks, bro! It makes sense now (as much as such a ridiculous prosecution could make sense). I knew about the 11,11,12 breakdown but was confused about what the jury would have to decide.
Excellent explanation! 👍
@@flapjackson6077 I don't see how it could be anything other than all or nothing.
The entire premise is absurd, anyway. Apparently, the claim is that he paid her off in order to "influence the outcome of the election." Umm...isn't that basically the definition of campaigning?
Only crime I see is adultry but his then wife already knew he's sexually promiscuous.
Adultery is not a crime. Immoral? In my opinion yes but legally not a crime. The crime is an accountant misfiled the expense and that is a misdemeanor. They have to prove a payment was made with the intent of to cover another crime. Hillary got off for intent. Also this case is f‘d. Weinstein got off the NY conviction on basically the same principle.
Is adultry a crime in NY?
@@michaelroberts7770 yes
But the judge is corrupt.
Most Americans could care less about this case. If he is convicted or not! We will vote for him anyway. We all know this is a sham trial.
generally love Clay, but i'm getting sick of tired of pundits saying that this or that should not be happening. it IS fucking happening. over and over in different venues and no one is stopping it. there are NO consequences for these fucking people.
