Dr. Sullivan, You are an amazing Soul🙏🏼❤️ We never could have made it without you during Robert’s Alzheimer’s disease. What a blessing you are to all of us, Dr. Sullivan. Thank you for all you do for so many.❤
So much good info... wish I would have found this when the brain school lectures were happening. I have to do all investigating and trials of all this on my own. My doctor is of the school of a standard blood panel is enough. 25 years of caring for my severely compromised special needs daughter who required 24/7 nursing etc left me totally burnt out by the time she died. I have dealt with depression since I was 12 years old, I'm 75 now. Been on every antidepression med. Took myself off everything 2 years ago. Mentally, for the most part, I can handle it but physically I bounce around between all the symptoms of high and low cortisol, mostly dealing with the low. I will continue now to investigate how to normalize my cortisol levels and adjust my life accordingly. I'm old. However many years I have remaining I would like to experience some degree of mental and physical normalcy. Thank you so much for this presentation.
Thank you Dr. Sullivan. This is very informative and helpful. I always thought cortisol needs to be low. You channel is extremely helpful and I will change my approach to dealing with chronic stress.
And you’re absolutely right about nature I love to be out in the yard with the birds, peacefulness and my dogs. It’s just beautiful to be out there with the birds and the squirrels. Nature itself is beautiful.
OMG (this is not cortisol speaking) but this was virtually perfect in my reflections and experiences with myself and colleagues in dealing with cortisol, at least from a outwardly, symptomatic and perceptive point of view. Everything you said almost all fits my experience and observations of myself and others. Thanks so much. You're awesome. Working on brain rebuilding these days. Totally helpful. Will subscribe and pass on.
Thank you so much for this video. I’m glad I heard the part about what you put in your mouth because I do like my avocados and my bananas and my cocoa powder and yogurt or Kiefer. I have Addison’s disease not taking any medication right now it is been one nightmare of a ride it does affect my brain. It affects my emotions and my energy completely and my sleep. It’s a nightmare today. I’m having a pretty good day. I can’t believe it.🥰
Hi Dr Sullivan. Please let me know if you heard about a device for freezing gait syndrome it is called gondola. The device is available in Italy France and Switzerland. Is there is a way to get this device in Canada. The report about it is very good and it has been in those countries for long periods. Thank you for your help
I subscribe to a number of RUclips channels but none as informative and helpful than Dr Sullivan's I CARE FOR YOUR BRAIN. Thank you.
I just found her today, she is awesome!!

I would greatly benefit from your brain school. Especially the one on cortisol. How can I access your school now. A year after you did the school?
