It made her cry, from the beginning. I had thought "I'll Be Home for Christmas " was about that, but she dismissed that song as not very important. "White Christmas " was the one that made you remember that this guy was facing death, and it was the more deeply poignant reminder of these guys.
Randy is and always will be my all time favorite guitarist. He's the reason I started playing guitar. I remember the very first time I heard Crazy Train on the radio, I instantly fell in love with that guitar sound.
