outstanding, as usual. I was literally sitting here comparing Easiness, Lightness & Progress when your video showed up. And the bonus was the Torrey stuff, wherein I made almost the same exact landing error myself a couple weeks ago. The guys there are pretty good at correcting me AFTER I've made a mistake, but your advice here will help me prevent problems in the future.
BTW, I'm leaning toward the new Progress. It's only a couple pounds heavier, more durable, and has more protection - and hopefully is more comfortable for kiting and/or wagga at Sand City.
Keep up the good vids - they're a tremendous help to me.
Now back to my stinking tax returns.

Taxes...arrrgh! Thanks for watching and for the nice comments! I had the Progress 2 and it was outstanding. The Progress 3 looks even better. Certainly better protection and more of an all-round harness. Best wishes and happy flying.

UPDATE (3/28/2021) - After some reflection and in the interest of safety I have decided to put the Airbag Protector back on the harness. My new and more protective harness is at least 2-3 weeks from shipping and so this is my only harness right now. The small cost in weight is not worth the added protection in case I happen to land butt first! After I receive the new harness, I may remove the airbag protection and then use the harness as an ultra lightweight option. I'm off to LB again tomorrow and the thermal forecast is promising!

It definitely is a great place to experience. It can get very crowded, especially on weekends, with all the tandems that fly. It can be a real flying circus! I aim for the weekdays these days. It is a beautiful setting and has real grass to launch from...a rarity in this area. Hope you make it soon and please let me know if you plan to visit! Thanks!

Hello Marc, fancy seeing you here, haha....I prefer the look of Little Black... I love Lou's videos showing that location, imagine retiring there in 20 years and all you have to do is be able to make it to take off, coooool.

So. . .You have short flights? And land at the bottom sometimes? On a serious note. I have a Sky Crux harness with an optional air bag. I keep it on and it has (literally) save my butt. Love your uploads. Have a great soaring season, Lou.

Yes, I sometimes have unrealistic expectations when I fly 🙂. Definitely looking forward to my new harness for days like this. Thanks for watching.
