Until theses deadly drivers face murder charges and are punished appropriately this will never change. These horrific stories are nonstop 24/7 for the last 40 plus years. The Driver launched a 4,000 lb. missle....DUI, no license or Insurance, previous DUI'S, career crimmal, illegal, gang member or just a plain old selfish monster? Two totally innocent young Woman died just because someone didn't mean to do it...small comfort to the Victems and their families or the one who was seriously injured.
