This is very sad, but why are these kids roaming around after midnight. He is roaming and she is walking to the store to get some smokes and something cool to drink. Which means it is very normal for her 16 year old to be out all night running the streets. I feel sorry for these kids because they are being destroyed because of their parents and the environments they are forced to live in. We really do need help!!!
