Ok..just our opinion how many seasons should get of this series. Also should we get spinoff series like New Mutants, X-Factor ( Forge lead team) , and X-Force.
I don't know why, but that punch Gladiator gave Deathbird seemed personal. Like "I've been waiting for this for so long...."
He had to have been saving that.
Gladiator is a monster, basically can keep up or beat the likes of Sentry and super strong beings like that. So every punch might look personal cuz of how strong he is
I got major Omni Man vibes from him
Despite always having to follow whoever is on the throne, it's safe to say that he knows death bird is not qualified to be on the throne
Seeing Storm get her powers back was a top 10 Marvel moments of all time for me! She's honestly the coolest X-Men!

Indeed she is. Magneto is also right about her. She is the closest thing we will have for a goddess, given how her power increased tenfold when she even popped out of space and customized her own uniform.

Being a huge Gambit fan as well, that last episode hit me like a ton of bricks. It ended at 12:30AM and I fell asleep at like 3AM from trying to process everything myself. It personally hit me hard due to Gambit being my favorite X-Man since 92 when I was 8. I also related with the drama of past relationships to a near tragic car accident I was in where my mom almost burned alive but was saved through a literal miracle. Episode 5 took me back to all that. I am glad they did Gambit justice.

Forge comes from a line of shaman, his people train to defeat the adversary. Also for those that didn’t know Storm comes from a line of magic priestesses that’s where her white hair and blue eyes come from, not her mutation.
The fact everyone was emotionally impacted by what happened in Genosha shows how good this show is and keeps getting… I’m still here wondering if magneto and leech are alright

I still can't get over how everyone working on the show says we haven't seen anything yet. This reminds me of Andor, where we get The Eye in episode 6 and then they just escalated to infinity. And Sinister? You know he's working with Nimrod and Bastion and Apocalypse, and we're getting Gambit as a Horseman? Milky Way Ghetto? Freak Fluids? This show is just wild. 11/10 (an extra 1 for the classic Storm fit)

Somebody said Leech used his power to tamp down Magneto's power so the Godzilla-Sentinel couldn't detect his Omega-Mutant-Level.
It was me. I said that. Me... and a few hundred others. But mostly me.
You better be right about this because although that does sound like something he could’ve done in a split second, that blast from that Sentinel overwhelmed even Erik himself when he was barely holding on.

With every new episode we been getting...it's like they're listening to the fans and in real time and bringing them what they really really wanted! Another EXCITING episode! a lot of throwbacks and easter eggs! Having Forge performing MCU "Kamar-Taj"magic....we're Officially all in the same universe....OG STORM N PROFESSOR X is back baby!

Kind of feel like That Charles coming back to lead the X-Men means that Magneto will not return and his purpose is done.
He's about to become the Magneto from Chris Claremont's and Jim Lee's Mutant Genesis run. An angry and vengeful recluse who tried Xavier's way of living and regrets it. And he's still alive. Thanks to Leech.

Always even more fun then to see you and Joe discuss the show before and after. Loving the Xmen show more then I ever thought

I can’t wait for the whole team to finally get together & have an epic fight scene. So far we still haven’t seen Jean & Wolverine let loose. I feel like they’re saving that for the finale.

My opinion on Magneto is at the very end he looks at leech while the "Master Mold" was getting ready to fire its shot. What would stop the attack, the visual of death or not being able to detect an Omega level mutant.. what would have happened if leech would have absorbed Magneto's powers ??

I loved the fact that Storm literally had to reboot herself to reactivate her powers and the fact that Xavier felt what happened galaxies away was crazy. And Gladiator is basically marvel's version of Superman either way this was an awesome episode
It was understandable that he called the Milky Way a ghetto since they always consider us to be the worst. It reminded me of the phrase from the movie Men in Black where K tells J that the human race is considered an infectious disease among the best races. of the universe

Yes you are on the right path concerning Gambit becoming Apocalypse's horseman Death. It was in the "Blood of Apocalypse" storyline from issues 182-187 of the X-Men comics. It was a pretty good story which also had 2 other former X-Men becoming horsemen but I won't spoil who they were for anyone who hasn't read those issues and I highly recommend them.
Gladiator is one of my favorite marvel characters. Basically Superman, but powered by self confidence. As long as he has confidence in himself and his powers, he is basically unstoppable. Should that confidence by shaken though, he loses those powers till he regains his confidence again. Such a fascinating weakness
You are 100% right about getting this production team for the live action version of X-Men. They are fools if they don't.

This was a fun and interesting episode to watch. I have to say Deathbird made it personal when she called our galaxy the "Milky Way Ghetto". Them fighting words. 🤣
I'm looking forward to some more "Sinister" action. He's always been one of my favorite villains in Marvel and needs to be brought to the big screen.
I even made a character inspired by him in my own comic book universe. That's how much I enjoy his character because he's just entertainingly creepy.

As a citizen of a country who underwent more than 300 years of colonization, Xavier's speech hits hard. Highlight of the episode for me.
As for why Xavier is alive, here is the dialogue in Xavier's death bed:
Beast: You are too late, Lilandra.
Lilandra: For human science, yes. You were correct however, for assuming that we Shi'ar have techniques beyond your comprehension which will be of use.
Beast: Then he will survive?
Lilandra: Yes, but only under Shi'ar care.
So there's a story called LifeDeath in Claremonts og run that's going over this but in more detail. Forge is a mutant with a unparalleled genius equalb to Tony stark but he also comes from a family of mystics but forge didn't vibes with magic. That's until "the war" he and his crew hit trapped and went fubur so forge used his inherent magic knowledge to use the life force of his fellow soilders to summon the adversary to kill the enemy but that's lead to Storm,forge and the xmen to fight the adversary, gain storms powers back, and save the world but that also lead to their "death".
Strorms flight scene looked just like supermans first flight in man of steel
No Bro sinster is working with apocalypse who is the mind behind it. This is how it was the original series. This is why Cabell made the appearance

Gladiator is almost prime Superman strong fyi. In the comics he goes toe to toe with Colosus in a punching battle and knocks him back into human form.

In the original cartoon Xavier was still alive when the Shiar took him away. Why the X-Men lied about it is a whole other issue.

Still kinda mad sad about Gambit but yeah, he singlehandedly killed the thing that killed Magneto. KILLED Magneto?! Wild. So glad they didnt "MCU" the look of the characters we already seen like Ronan. This is just straight up comic book characters in comic book storylines. Love it.

Xavier didn’t die. He was near death & they sent him to the Shiar to save his life.
Apocalypse might be behind this all. And he might revive gambit as a horseman.
Magneto isn't dead. Erik is going all the way Magneto and going to be a serious threat again, and Charles will make it back in time just to stop him. Then together they will learn its really Apocalypse and his forces including gambit as death.

1: The X-MEN '97 team recently said they would like to take these stories and this Animation style and put it on the big screen in a movie. I say "Say less" Tell me when the release day is and how much an IMAX 3D Holy Hand Granade super deluxe movie ticket is, and I'll pay you now for a seat.
2. In Graduation Day (series finale in 97) Xavier had some kind of rare disease or something that was killing him. Everyone gathered to spend his last moments with him (even Magneto) and when he said his last goodbye and closed his eyes for the final time, a Shi'Ar ship landed on the mansion's front lawn, Lilandra said she had the power to save him, but it would take time and likely none of the X-MEN would ever see him again, so they said their goodbyes and gave Charles' body to the Shi'ar and the series ends with everyone crying as they watch Charlie go into space never knowing whether they could actually save him or not.
This will be interesting to see how it turns out when he comes back, not reaching out to the team to let them know he survived, After the thing with The Phoenix, he knew of the Starjammers and that Corsair was Cyclops' dad, he had a lot of people he could have called to check in with the earth and let them know he was safe. So we'll see how the surviving mutants react to him coming back a year later without a word.
