Just to clarify, Storm could always manipulate atoms on molecular level via electrolysis, it is how she changed her outfit, grew her hair back and also can breath underwater and in open space. She is not to be trifled with.
You have to remember this was the professors first time using his psychic powers since he “died”, and when he did, his vast connection to the universe and every mutant (heightened by his frequent use of cerebro over the years) was restored once more, and he felt all the tragedy from Genosha hit him hard.
Shout out to Storm and her resurgence….and the restoration of not only her mutant powers, but her OG X-men debut uniform. People need to remember she’s also mystical in nature too, separate from her mutant abilities (her blue eyes, white hair, and her ability to alter her uniform and hairstyle signs of her magical affinities). Her sequence reminded me of Man of Steel, when Superman first flew…awesomely done!

Storm, Rogue, Jean, and Goblin Queen Jean.
And this was 2/4 of her true power, maybe even 2/5th. We are seeing some beyond Omega level feats here. Her flying into the sky and then right into open space, growing her hair back and manipulating the atoms of her cloth with the help of electrolysis and also using it to regrow her hair and remodel her outfit and on top of that she defeated the Adversary which can be affected only by mystic/divine/spiritual/magical energy, something that most people don't know. Elemental attacks DO NOT WORK on the Adversary. She didn't beat that "pigeon" with lightning she definitely beat it with her mystic/divine heritage which we see later in Black Panther as well when she is officially recognized as a Goddess. Hopefully, they will animate this part as well, and man that classic costume matches the time just before she met Black Panther and got married, which I suspect will most likely happen in Season 2 and maybe Avengers vs X-men in season 3? Or in the rumoured movie.
@@The92GhostIt kinda setup for a Avengers vs X-men. That is if I think what could happen. Scott losing his mind after finding out possibly Pryor was killed. Him and the mutants going after all who are apart of Mastermold the government panic knowing they don't have anymore Sentinels to control the X-men send in the Avengers as a last resort. By season 3 we could get House of M. Who knows all I know is we need at least 5 seasons. Do you want more as well.

Getting bored of talkikg about how beautiful the writing is in this show. It is truly amazing what you can receieve when people who generally love their work, get to work.
It’s amazing how Storm accept who she is and her gifts. It brings to light that there was a part of her that secretly hated and renounce herself for being a mutant because the hatred her kind has received. It’s refreshing to see her work through that and past to only be reborn stronger and more powerful than before once she accepted who she is. Also how the feathers transform to her new outfit was dope. It shows that she had to endure and go through all those things to truly accept and embrace who she is a Goddess of the elements which are hers to command. The transformation of the feathers became a part of her outfit which represents acceptance of the good and the bad parts of her being.

A lot of people forgot that Storm did the whole change clothes and hair on episode 1 of the OG series.
Yep and people still feel confused about it and how she does it even though it was covered in comics, yet to be covered in the animations though. She does that by using electrolysis and this is only small amount of what she can do with that.

@@AzulApe Electrolysis. Pretty much. Plus, she has manifest clothes in comics quite often, so its not something we haven't seen in comics at least. Don't forget to manipulate the weather you do need to manipulate atoms on sub-atomic level, forge them, bend them, stretch and bind them. Storm has a lot of different powers that go under Weather Manipulation and her being an Omega in Weather Manipulation, I think people DO NOT UNDERSTAND or FULLY REALIZE how powerful that is. Weather is not just something you see on Earth. You see it in space, on other planets with freakest weather conditions and on top of that we do have time and space storms, among other things. Weather Manipulation on Omega level is very powerful mutant power, aka why she is considered beyond Omega level in comics on many occasions and she has the feats to prove it. If you think this was powerful, wait for her to stretch that Omega level mutant ability, truly. You will be blown away at what she can do and what power she posses.

Initially I thought someone was reaching out to Xavier to inform him, but after a rewatch Lilandra mentions early on a “hologlobe” for communication. He was trying to school them by showing off his Xmen and he activated the literal globe. It wasn’t a mental or psychic connection, just Shi’ar tech.

Great reaction guys as always. I think Bastion is coming. They teased it in the intro with Nimrod standing inside of present timeline Master Mold. Bastion is the end result of a fusion between the two of them. They also show Nimrod getting destroyed by Bishop and co in the past when he tried to eliminate a young Prof X, which could be how it gets stranded in the present.

@@AzulApe The arc wasn't realized well, regretfully, therefore, it was rushed and pushed and squished too much. However, they did it some good but not as good as the comics. Hopefully, T'Challa stuff with Storm will be realized more faithfully to the comics. And the Adversary is way more scarier then what we got here. He is a multi-dimensional threat after all.

I love these new episodes and enjoying the reactions too 💯. I help but noticed the animation is just like young justice or dc. If you’ve watched dc animation over the past decade it’s basically been like x-men 97 . The way they draw them the wit and writing and fighting is very similar. I’m here for it either way. Only thing is dc had that over them for years while marvel took over live action and now if they keep going like this ….mannnnn

Not gonna lie, I was like "Thank God they brought Storm back cuz this poor reaction channel is really trying to like the series but they keep offing the black people and then gambit" haha. The only drawback is that the original comic run Storm had no powers for a while and actually still became badass and took over leadership of the X-Men. So they sort of skipped all that.

It shows far too much skin and looks kinda impractical in the field.
That original All White Suit with the Mohawk is a better fit for a Goddess imo.
They fired the writer of this show, the current rumor is that because they found out he has an onlyfans (he's a gay dude with xxx accounts), so he's not part of making Season 3. But this is before this aired and is now getting critically acclaimed xD They're gonna be on their knees asking for him to come back! They better! Because this is a masterpiece!
