@Pierre Buie II no, it was Pacifica's father's fault. The news reporter literally said that he had put everything in apocalypse funds or whatever, forcing him to sell his house just to keep some of his fortune.
If they keep making Batman movies even after the mega fail of Batman & Robin everything is possible. We might see a third season or a Gravity Falls movie sooner or later.
@@HackiePuffs fair enough either way. But it’s heart breaking because how Stan was treated like a wimp. Then becomes heart warming towards the end of the story
How about “All the times Dipper is teased or put down by Gruncle Stan and Mabel”? When he said that one of the reasons why he spends more time with Stanford is because he never mocks him, I can relate with that feeling.
Your missing Grunkle Stans mindscape episode in S1 with the 1-eyed monster. Where Stanley talks about being tough on Dipper, so Dipper doesn’t end up like him (when they were still playing Stanford’s nerdy youth off as Stanley’s)
@@cjwrench07 Except Stan's logic is totally messed up by repeating the same toxic example his abusive and neglectful father did with him. Stan obviously loves Dipper and wants the best for him, but the way he did it was completely wrong.
@@rose8175 So you can't be a Gravity Falls fan if you don't agree with one character's treatment? Dipper's and Stan's relationship wasn't the best thing ever and wasn't healthy: Stan clearly loves Dipper and has the best thoughts put on him, he wants to tought him up and that's great, but that doesn't justify that he treated Dipper the same way his dad did with him, and knowing how toxic and abusive Filbrick was, that was messed up. Just because someone loves you or is related to you doesn't give them free pass to treat you like crap, that's like supporting toxic and unhealthy relationships.
@UCNummg87HNeRC1fVfBLor-Q Trust me, I am not ignoring Stan's terrible treatment towards Dipper during season 1, it really was something that Stan got away with pretty easy, and I honestly hoped that it would be treated propperly in season 2, Dipper at that point had EVERY RIGHT to resent him. Stan was proyecting his father's abusive behaviour onto his nephew, which was uncalled for. That being said, remember that many, many victims from those years don't even know they were abused and think that their parents' behaviour is normal. This doesn't excuse Stan's behaviour, but I do believe that while his actions were terrible, he does care for Dipper, but unfortunately due to his own abusive childhood, he expresses it terribly.
If you think I didn’t cry when Big Henry died, you are sorely mistaken. It freaking broke me. And anything that has to do with Grunkle Stan broke me too. Basically, the whole show broke me

But let’s be fair here; Weirdmageddon likely would not have happened had it not been for Mabel, and therefore the finale for the show would’ve been extremely lackluster.
It's not only because of that Dipper always had to give up the things he loved just for Mabel, sometimes without question however when it was time for Mabel to sacrifice she'd always fuss about it
Like that scene in Avengers: Infinity War where Peter Quill screws up bad and it leeds to a bunch of innocent people dying. But it all works out in the end. Except for Tony and Natasia
