      @@TampaFloridaLiving amam comparing to 5-15 years ago. When house sold for $112k. Now same house 8 years later is being sold for $359. That ain't normal. In my opinion. I've had my house in Chicago suburbs for 30 years I can barely make $125k. Profit. Now people in Florida want over$200k profit in just few years. So overpriced that whoever buys at today's inflated price will almost never make money on it in near future. Unless they wait another 25 years

    Tampa is one of the worst cities when it comes to sprawl and urban design. It is also one of the most car-centric urban areas in the country. Most tourists who go to the Tampa area go to St. Petersburg or Clearwater beaches. As a city, Tampa is nowhere near as exciting as Miami or Fort Lauderdale.

    • @TampaFloridaLiving
      @TampaFloridaLiving  Месяц назад +1

      Many tourist do skip over Tampa not realizing it has a lot to offer! And ita bot apples to apples with miami or Ft. Lauderdale… but thats what makes it unique. More easy going vibe and more family friendly IMO

    I purposely went to Tampa in July. I didn't find the bugs, heat, and humidity any worse than here in the Northeast. The only huge negative, other than hurricanes, are the constant PM thunderstorms in the summer. That's not something I liked. They also occur during the evening rush hour, which makes driving impossible! Other than that, sign me up!
