Brigadeiro Chocolate Cake | fluffy and soft

Ingredients:
6 eggs
2 cups plain flour
2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup milk
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp vanilla
For milk mixture:
1 cup milk
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Brigadeiro sauce:
3 condensed milk
200g dark chocolate
200g milk chocolate
2 tbsp butter
100ml double cream
for decorating:
chocolate sparks
