Tell ya what. I purchased the beast max from temu... first 1/16 rc car. I recently stopped by a friend's who's into rc for years. An he was impressed. I beat 4 out of 6 of his cars. That he's got over 600-800 $ into. I paid less than 175$. Basically once you have a size you enjoy. Just build it... Fairly cheap but can get expensive. I'd suggest if you are willing to spend 200/ 300 $ be willing to purchase a repair kit. Toys break. Get something all around. Nothing worse than starting to play an in 5 minutes an your done
The issue with cars from temu. Is when the break to get parts you often need to order from temu. Which can take weeks if not a month to arrive. If I break a part on any name Brand car I take a 15 minute drive to the local RC shop and get a replacement. The down time with a company like temu is too long
im also impressed by temu.Bought 4 rc from them.q130 brushless truck thingy and 3 brushless q117.Paid around 75 dollars each from temu.Also bought a brushed version of the q130 for 46 dollars.At these prices they are worth it.Very strong cars and take an abuse by my 3yr old
Cheap RC cars have a place in the market place the MJX 16208 is the car that got me back into RC cars it’s tough and quick enough for most new people to RC hobby . they are never going to be a XMaxx but they are a great way to start that little truck looks cool
Was coming here to just find a solid temu car so my dog can chase and “boop” it with the ball in his mouth. The $20 toys worked well but I wanted to get him something that can do some short grass/parking lot so he can chase it around. I have zero interest in tricks, or going super fast, just want him to have fun chasing around something other than a ball 😂
It’s reverse and forward throttle that upsets the balance of the car and also counters the balance in the air, that’s literally it dude. In that case, I guess I’m a professional too 🤣
