@povdrivesin With 145NM torque. How does it feel in uphills. Is it easy to run over the steeps in 2nd gear or we need the 1st. And what about clutch bite its stong enough in the steep stop & go?
Can you share your experience on this. Planning to get either Slavia 1.5 or City. I am more inclined towards the NA rather than Turbo but the performance figures are little off with City.
Now performance issues to be honest. Go with Slavia 1.5 imo
Hello! Though we all know about the ground clearance being less but does the under engine guard which seems to protrude touches very often on breakers ? Any experience of the same with full load (5 people with full luggage) ?
Is the visibility of the rear and lane watch camera at night good enough ?
I'm from Bangalore and the roads are pathetic with unscientific speed breakers because of which ground clearance is a concerning aspect. Chances of scraping becomes high.
What about the approach angle of the car ? Does the bumper lip gets scraped on ramps ?
Really confused if I should go for a Honda City as I need a CVT which is best for bumper to bumper traffic with a 1.5L engine.
1. Yes, engine guard scrapes 4/10 times under full load
2. Camera quality is terrible at night
3. Approach angle is not good but surprisingly front lip doesnt scrape at all.
Did the 2022 VX variant come with all leatherite interiors, like including on the doors and dash? Thank you.
No, only ZX
@@povdrivesin thanks. Have you installed any leather seat covers? Does it give you the same fit/ finish and comfort of ZX seats?
Yes, i have installed one from the showroom. It gives 99% feel of ZX covers.
Can you please tell me, where did you get that rear lip spoiler from?
How much did it cost?
JJ automobile RUclips guy- Rs spoiler for 3500.
Hey! How is the clutch play? Is it smooth enough? I'm planning to buy a City and confused whether to buy CVT or Manual. I love to drive manual but in daily city traffic, I don't know if it'll be too much tiring. I don't care about the extra claimed mileage that the CVT gives too. Please share your experience. Thanks 😇
The clutch is extremely smooth and the play isn't too long but to be honest city traffic can be crazy at times, a manual won't be of any help in those situations. CVT is really nice in this vehicle. You can test drive both in order to get a fair idea of these transmissions.
@@povdrivesin Thanks for sharing your suggestions. Sure, I will do a test drive and see. I just don't want to lose the fun of driving a manual and at the same time not lose my mind getting stuck with a sore leg at the end of a busy day. Thanks!
Go for manual because cvt is just like a scooty no Feel and no vtec magic
@anushibinj Practicality >>> Fun
@@voiengaming2473Scooties can't match the fun of bikes. Bikes can't match the practicality of scooties either.
Do you feel the steering is a bit off center? I currently own a 6 month old honda city(2023 version) and i feel the steering is a bit off center. Got the alignment checked but everything is perfect, service center guy told me that it is normal to have some play in the steering. But i'm not facing major pulling issues though.
Same thing happened with me as well. I went to the alignment guy 3 times back to back. Every time the alignment came out to be fine. Then i talked to the service centre guys, they told me that many cars have steering rack issues. It is advisable to go for extended warranty. When steering rack starts to produce noise, only then it will be replaced.
@@povdrivesinThanks for your reply. Now the issue has almost vanished and the steering center is close to perfect.
Steering rack replacement or just alignment?
@@povdrivesin As my car is ADAS equipped version, while on using a scanner it showed an error code regarding the ADAS system. That is it, the service centre guy cleared the fault code and everything is working fine now.
That’s great
Manual variant also has the uphill assist?
Yes
I am Planning to buy Honda City. Can you please let me know what do you think about its NVH levels or road noise inside the cabin? Also, did you upgrade your tyres?
Terrible Insulation with NVH at higher side. Yes tyres are upgraded to 195/55/r16
Are 195 tyre size available for R15 too? I got to know honda has reduced the VX rim size to R15 in the 2023 version.
Go for 195/60/r15 :)
Change tyre to 205 55 R16 or 205 60 R15 and then do adventure, GC will get increased to 180mm approx, it will be too much fun then 😊
Suspension left the chat.
@@povdrivesin if you don't want to increase GC then have 205 50 R16 or 205 55 R15 , stability = admin
185/55/r16 stock to 195/55/r16 as of now. Really loved the overall experience. By the way 205/50/r16 is really hard to come by.
@@povdrivesin : does upgrading tyre to 195 55 R16 increases the body roll ?
Not at all
Bhai Elevate ka vi lao
Soon
How was it when driving in roads with pot holes did you feel anything
Nothing much. Smooth suspension really helped a lot
Might as well ask if he felt anything while masturbating.
Did you feel anything?
Yes it felt great! 😂
Ground clearance issues faced?
No sir
Noob question: Does the car keep moving even without using the accelerator??
Yes buddy, clutch balancing
Bro does it feel under powered
Not at all
Do high speed runs in highways. Yeh gali wale road driving too boring to watch
