When we shop for groceries, we tend to get upwards of 90% of our food from the produce section! We aim to eat as many plant-based foods as close to their natural as possible, with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal, organic, and local fruits and vegetables. We're sharing what's in season in the fall and winter months as well as what we like to do with it. I love all your holiday staple meals!! Everything looks so good and the best part is you can eat all those foods and not feel stuffed and yucky like you do after a traditional Thanksgiving meal. Also, I can't believe how much Biv can talk!! Getting big 🥰

We do let our kids have small amounts because it is in some of the recipes we make but it is a small amount so we don’t worry too much! All of the ingredients are clean and safe!
