If I could afford another cat (I have two, a tuxedo - Raymond and a Russian Blue - Kiki), I would get another cat. I realized I love cats! Raymond and Kiki are both young but I can't imagine ever having to say goodbye to them.
My cat whom I had since childhood lived to be 22 - which I only learned later is an incredibly long life for a cat. Since, I adopted a four month old orange kitten whom the sellers thought was male on the paperwork, but turns out she's female! She is three years old now, and she is incredibly affectionate, sleeps either leaning directly against my legs on on top of my legs, much to my annoyance after my feet are sore after a long day. I miss my first cat dearly, but my new orange cat is such a blessing in my life. No joke, she even plays fetch! I have some small foam balls, I throw them, she chases them and then brings the ball back in her mouth and drops it near me to throw it again! She'll do this 10 or more times before she gets bored and no longer brings the ball back. I've never seen a cat do this. I wonder if this is an orange cat trait?
I've fostered 3 orange cats (2 kittens), and they are super adventurous. The two cats you see climbing the curtains in my video were my two fosters. One of them even fell into my aquarium once.
My daughter street-rescued 3 near-newborns , all orange striped . We got 2 of them , her husband's father took the 3rd . All 3 will be indoor/outdoor cats with J9BS as mousers . On of our 2 is PARTICULARLY affectionate , with the ither one taking longer to assimilate to its new surroundings !
the orange cats I've fostered (all male) have been very affectionate and very mischevous. The two kittens (Trick and Treat) were adopted together. One of the two fell into my 20 gallon aquarium when he was hopping from one aquarium to another.
I have an 11 year old ginger and a 2 year old ginger- both males and both very affectionate! I also have an 8 yo calico who hates the gingers. I've had several orange boys throughout my cat loving life and they have all been affectionate joys. But, to be honest, I've never met a cat I didn't love- color be damned! I do find the gingers get along best with dogs and since I train dogs- it helps to have dog-tolerating cats.
All the cats I've fostered are pretty darned smart. My dog Daisy ( Maltese mix), not so much. She still struggles with the dog door when I've had foster kittens figure it out in a matter of days. The dog door leads into my screen patio.
My cat Raymond is a tuxedo. He's also the first cat I've ever had of my own. He's a chatterbox, extremely smart and very cuddly, but not overly so. he's definately very cool.
Let’s not forget about Morris the Cat!
I totally forgot about him. Then I remembered!
I miss my orange cat
I cuddled with my cat and he would followed me out side also

Me too....my 21 year old tabby Jakey gave me a tremendous amount of love.....I miss him everyday
Don't forget Hecliff the cat.
I kinda remember him. I just saw a Heathcliff doll online when I googled it.

My dog Biskit loves cats. He's a big guy (84 lbs). He even lets them sleep on his bed.
I ❤ them all Philadelphia USA 🇺🇸 Nostrovia 🎉🎉🎉
I love all cats too. I didn't realize it until I got Raymond 2 years ago how much I love cats. I've never had one of my own until him.
I have 2 orange cats, one male one female. Both are stupid. Neither are lap cats.

Black and white tuxedo cats are the coolest cats

I have four Orange Tabby's, one is a female
The three orange ones I fostered were all male. The two on the curtains were Trick and Treat, and the one on top of my head was a foster return Loki.
