If he was serious and wanted to really bring motivation to his company he should’ve either taken his team to a real seminar or brought in a real speaker! Jeff brought in his yes man instead. Jeff has been trying get everyone on his side through his radio show all season. Bottom line is Jeff is a narcissist and always has been. He’s getting worse and worse. I’m so sick of ppl saying things like that’s just the way Jeff is like that excuses his behavior. Gage especially....my Gosh he treats Gage like crap on a daily and he’s excusing his behavior. It’s like Gage has Stockholm’s syndrome! Jeff has never ever been able to keep staff. Just look at his track record. When the only person you have left in your company is your partner that says a lot about you. Jeff is not and will never be a person that can manage his staff. He is very talented as a designer and I do agree he could be even bigger than he is but not with the set-up he has now. If he is going to get anywhere bigger/global as Leah said he is going to have to restructure his management team so someone else is in charge of the employees bc he can’t do it...that’s been proven time and time again.

The problem is Jeff gets chummy with his employees and then the line between employer and friend blurs, which actually doesn’t mean you get advantages like one would think but rather-with a high strung perfectionist like Jeff-you get yelled at like someone who has a more intimate relationship with you so knows how to hit you harder when they’re upset with you. That being said, if you watched the episode Jenni had only herself to blame. At a company seminar on making the company more productive she spoke up and said, out of the blue, “everyone needs to know it’s humiliating working here instead of as an actor”, then she told Jeff at a work lunch that his company was the reason she wasn’t further in her career AND sought the other employees to back her up. It was Jenni that turned the conversation away from the professional and brought others into it. If your smart, you know what kind of boss you have, you don’t instigate an argument in public

kerrydanger agreed! I worked in an environment for 7 1/2 yrs where store manager was mentally abusive and even allowed other managers to preform the same way. I was one of the managers that stood up against it towards the end of my time there.
In my opinion it speaks true that you’re not a manager with this work attitude. You can work hard, but it takes a team. How you treat them is in turn a character of pure weakness. Finally, if he’s so great in what he does.....why does he still keep signing for another season🤔?!

I watched the episode and felt so bad for the way he talked to her. As it was happening, you could clearly see that she was breaking down in disbelief. Jeff is a talented person but the way he talks to people is horrendous. Anyone that works there has to be on pins and needles that they can NEVER disagree with him or he will talk to them like trash. Who on earth would want to work in an environment like that? Don't get me wrong, Jenni chose the wrong time to talk about herself but damn he chewed her out like she had stolen from him. Hopefully he doesn't have to lose something or someone that he values to see that his delivery is wrong and CHANGE IT. In this clip, he mentions that he knows it was wrong but will he EVER change it? I hope she finds what she's looking for and I hope they come back together as what was clear in the 10 years of this show is that they were family. You know it's only a matter of time before Jeff and Gage call it quits. You can't have that level of disrespect and that level of being so "conditional" with each other without there being an expiration date. I don't think Jeff has one healthy relationship in his life. Jeff can be very convincing because he's a fantastic salesman but has no emotional maturity and/or emotional intelligence. When this man gets triggered he throws tantrums like a damn two and three-year-old kid. That's the difference between an adult and a child is an adult is supposed to have a higher level of competence when it comes to mastering their emotions. The show is called "Flipping Out" for a reason people!!! He has ZERO boundaries when it comes to his employees which is automatically going to create a very toxic, confusing, and unhealthy environment. Yes, it can be entertaining for some viewers but being a viewer and actually living the experience is two completely different realities. Jeff is always looking for something to go wrong, be wrong, and criticize because that's the mind and psyche of a narcissist. If he practiced gratitude he wouldn't have these types of issues constantly. Narcissists completely lack empathy and the ability to put themselves in someone else's shoes so their relationships always have chaos which chaos should be his middle name btw. He's always finding himself in such dramatic situations and this is just one of them!!! How is Jeff being a narcissist anyone's problem but his?? Yet, he likes to make his lack of internal success someone else's issues. Such a child. At the beginning of this video, he states "I'm not trying to sway anyone's opinion. Are you kidding me?! Are you kidding me?!! He who talks the loudest feels the most guilty. Jeff, move on. Stop trying to sell us that you are not the bad guy here. Go meditate, go to a Tony Robbins seminar just stop telling on yourself and move on.
Jenni, know that the smart people will see right through his humor and salesmanship. I'm sure the Universe has wonderful amazing opportunities in store for you.

I am sick of people who lack realizing how their delivery can be internalized by others as an attack, or negative. Same is true for those who say I am sorry and mean it, however, use statements like "but I was having a bad day, or but I didn't know" I am so sick of clumsy unthoughtful and unfiltered deliveries. This is the very problem we have with our current president. His delivery sucks!!! Just because you're being honest doesn't excuse the manner in which you react. Be more cordial, diplomatic and calm. Children, for instance, don't learn when parents are screaming and yelling, what they hear is the "intimidating" noise and not the message. Jeff is an educated man and should learn how to control his demeanor or rather delivery.

Hey Jeff! Ur Rightt.. I think it was one of the best series yet and BEC it was THAT Raw! And I Don't want to be humiliating to Jenni, she Is so sweet, but Rt Again.. I Didn't Believe that's she had that movie with Nick Cage in the bag either. What crazy person wld have turned That down?? Jenni has had so much FREE TV Exposure for YRS and Someone.. Anyone.. a Producer, a Casting director, Wld have For Sure Not only Noticed her by Now, but she wld have been Snatched up Long ago! One other thing.. Watching Jenni Tonite I picked up that Jenni had other issues going on in her life besides U, Jeff. Who knows, maybe she's Over stressed, don't know. What I Do know is that U were NOT wrong and Def shld NOT have been Blamed for What Jenni has NOT accomplished. And I believe that Everybody watching tonight saw and agrees with that! Lastly, I see that MEGHAN can be a backstabber with U, Jeff. She plays Both sides of the fence. One w U, one with Jenni. Meghan Surely is out for MEGHAN and hey.. why Not! She's allowed to. Just sayin' that Meghan goes Both ways and I sure Don't mean that in a sexual way! Meghan cldn't care less about Ur business either Jeff. This last episode was Sad. VERY Sad. Still.. it was Crazy Good!! Good luck to u Jeff and good luck to Jenni too. I know U tried doing alot of Soul searching in this regard Jeff, but I can only hope that Jenni does the Same. Again I believe there's Clearly and 'obviously' Other issues going on in Jenni's Life and that she's NOT talking about! And on Tonite's episode it shows that U Very Unselfishly set Jenni FREE in order to Really Pursue her Passion now. The Same passion that She Accused U from keeping Her from! And when u did, She got Scared and U Cld See it all over her face! So Yes, I think she was Scared of Moving On from U all along Jeff, and because she was Scared of moving on, she Cldn't Admit to it either. So it then became Easier for Jenni to put full BLAME on U and to use U as an Excuse for the sadness and frustration in Her own life, Instead, Jeff. Sad Jenni. But I hope u get what ur looking for and find your happiness and soon.

Think in time these two will mend the fence ...may take ALOT of time as it seems Jeff is the only one now who is self reflecting and owing bad behaviour.Jenni too wrapped in being the victim at the moment. So much hurt on both sides....BUT ...it was a long, deep & honest friendship. The major problem was Bravo hiring Jenni independent of Jeff and Jeff Lewis Design. Sure it's a reality show but it is his business, his responsibility, his reputation . Jenni was great entertainment and think that is what she wanted to do....entertain. Could never have worked in the end....
Wish them both well but I watch the show for Jeff Lewis Design....his friendships and relationships and who works or doesn't work for him matters not to me. Wish his show was carried by a network that was not so drama driven.....but..oh well...wish them both everything good.

Doreen Daykin Your Right Doreen. I also noticed from the first episode of this season that something about Jenni was “off” Her humor was gone. She looks and acts disinterested and even at times seems air headed. Her vibrant, humor and being “involved” in what was going on around her in the business was gone. She was quiet and looked in most situations like she was asleep or somewhere else. Definitely not at work whether it was for Jeff Lewis Design or Bravo!

I've watched every season multiple times. Jeff and all his antics inspires me as a business person myself. The show is called 'Flipping Out' because that's what Jeff does but what he also does is gives authentic apologies and rationale for why he responds to certain people the way he does. ALL bosses lose their shit. If you don't like it leave. If you change Jeff you change the show. I'm here for Jeff and I hope he gets another season and another season after that. He does beautiful work and sometimes the pressure to create and provide for a staff and audience will cause you to FLIP OUT. Looking at the comments I don't see anyone mentioning all the good he's done for current and past staff members well above and beyond what is required as an employer. He's not a shit person; he's a person who clearly has been used and hurt in the past and has a hair-like trigger sense for bullshit. I can't remember one instance when after the smoke cleared he wasn't right. #teamjefflewis #jefflewis #flippingout #jefflewisdesign

I didn’t think the episode was a massive blow up, as forecasted. I think, as hinted here, Jenny was awful and then blamed Jeff for not having an acting career-not for the first time-and he called her on it, and when specifics came into it she very stupidly lied. I didn’t hear him call her an F’in Liar in any explosive heated way, but more in a gotcha laughing way. I think she was embarrassed more than hurt about his words. I mean he hires someone to bring productivity for his company up, when it’s her turn to speak she ignores his company and says “its humiliating working here instead of being an actor”!-rude and if she was a real employee she’d be fired or on warning for wasting valuable time, then she forgets the schedule which he’s almost fired her for before, she is clear that working for him is the reason SHE thinks she doesn’t have an acting career, and then when pressed about opportunities she lies. She had a lot more to be apologetic about at the end of the episode than Jeff, but she walked in there prepared to let him grovel and put him in his place. While calling her out and having this argument in public and then a car with others wasn’t a good idea, Jenni started it by bringing it up at the company meeting. I was so happy he fired her

Watched the finale. It was obvious to me that what Jeff wants and what jenni wants is no longer compatible. Shame that Jeff was so ugly about how he called jenni a liar. Hurt to the core. And after Jenni had stated she felt humiliated working for Jeff there was no where else for their hurts to go. And after Jenni expressed she felt hurt that Jeff didn’t believe her it was the end. They both knew down deep that they needed to go their separate ways but neither could bare to say it to make a clean break. By expressing their grief the way they did made it easier. Hopefully they can move on but egos, pride and feelings of betrayal whether true or not may not allow time to heal. Feelings don’t have to any basis in reality. They just are. Both Jeff & Jenni were holding each other back from growing in their dreams, their careers. So sad but sometimes even the closest and best friendships have a expiration date.

I have watched Flipping out from the beginning, and I enjoy it for entertainment and often, shock value. Jeff is extremely talented as a designer. He is a visionary and a go-getter. However, as a human being, he fails miserably. His demeaning antics toward his employees is appalling. The revolving door of past employees speaks loudly to his arrogance and insensitivity. I wouldn't last a week as his employee. But before I left, I would relentlessly tear him a new a - - hole ! His work 'family' dysfunction is legendary, largely due to the fact that his colossal ego and sense of entitlement causes feelings of resentment and anger in everyone around him. But Jeff's 'shit-show' makes for 'must watch' TV. Being honest, how many people would watch if he was Mr. Nice Guy? Sadly, as time passes, Jeff is going to look around for a friend and their will be noone there. Jenny should have left a long time ago. All the drama doesn't affect me personally, but I can't help but be concerned for his daughter, and the development of her character. She will be the ultimate loser in Jeff's 'me first' world.

He treated Jenni like crap ( actually illegally as an employer ) but it was funny. I laughed at how those two interacted. I watched the show to see it. Leah asked if anybody wanted to say anything & Jenni spoke up. She is the voice of " Watch What Happens Live" All in all, MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING. AND.... Bravo had better get their legal dept to give Jeff a crash course in employee/employer relations. It's HIS company and HIS show but every employee could use him for hostile working environment.

Jeff was embarrassed by Jenny saying that she has been humiliated over the years for working for Jeff? Jeff's motto is: "Do as I say a not as I do." Jeff takes no responsibility for his actions and, yet, when one of his employees goofs up he pounces and destroys them verbally.
Jeff always responds with his emotions in every situation, never stopping TO THINK through a situation. He wonders why he hasn't had the success to build up his business. All you have to do, Jeff, is review the last eleven years of video footage and you'll find the answer!!

Think she was saying she did care about Jeff and his business so much that she'd given up other things to roll with him, would continue to do so, and that she was saddened that he seemed to be implying she wasn't giving her all when she thought she was giving as much as she could. Jeff Lewis wouldn't have a brand, 'successful' business, LET ALONE a reality show if it wasn't for Jenni! It wss her & ex hubby who pitched an idea for a show. She's practically begging Jeff to help her make this tape that network wanted asap! He was difficult and giving her a hard time (prob saying this dream wont happen, were wasting time) He finally, at the LAST MINUTE, agreed to preform as her friend & give a SHORT scene for the show.
The network got back to Jenny, who said they loved her inner action with Jeff and they came up with flipping out. Jenni doesn't dispute that she was a little bit Disappointed & maybe jealous that Jeff was gonna be the star. But after 3 days, she was happy, thought it was going to be a great opportunity regardless and she was still going to be co-star.
If you re watch flipping out, which I believe is on Amazon prime, he was constantly giving her ultimatums about her acting, how much time it was taking out of his business, and said YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE … RIGHT NOW, my business or acting.
He made fun of her rap song, and just Belittled Jenni. He constantly made her feel guilty about going to an audition at any time. He was not flexible!! I think Jenni eventually stopped telling him or any of them, about ANY possibility of her own TV career that did not involve him.
He didn't want her to succeed On her own. But it was her that's helped him build his career. And build his business up from a declining housing market (2007 remember... where there was no money to flip houses or make it back) and 11 years later hes now worth about $10M.
You could tell from SEASON ONE he was struggling. He treated her like dirt and not a grateful friend nor boss!

Regardless of anything else, I completely agree that it was completely inappropriate for Jenny to say she was humiliated to work for you. In the real world just that alone would get anyone fired. Sounds like she has alot of excuse mechanisms for herself all set up so she can "fail" without any ownership. That being said, plenty of times I've seen Jeff go off on many including Gage, Jenny and others that were nothing short of maniacal. In fact I stopped watching for a few seasons and only got reinterested due to Sirius Xm show. But with this situation what I could see from last episode Jenny really was in the wrong in many ways and should take responsibility. When I saw her face after Jeff saying she should move on it was like all her "reasons" for not having an acting career are gone and she has to face the music. We are all human and can procrastinate and place obstacles in front of ourselves. But she also had a pretty sweet gig on Jeff's show.

I was surprised he apologized but it doesn't surprise me now he is kinda backing away from the apology by saying they BOTH should have apologized to each other. I think Jenny is a wonderful person, but if Andy, with the architect degree, just quit after the Lea Black seminar, Megan already gave her resignation, and Jenny is laid off (which is a good idea...she is married to a dr. now and has 2 young kids and just doesn't want to work there anymore...let's be honest), it means that the only workers in the office left that haven't quit are Jeff's male assistant, Tyler, who looks miserable (I have yet to see him smile...ever) and Jeff's lover, Gage. That's it. Lea is right, this is an excellent opportunity to get off tv...I know he's scared that the big $$$ will go away, but he got his radio show and he still has his successful business (off-camera) as well as his paint products and any other making money ventures he has. He'll be fine. This should be the end of the road for "Flipping Out". Go and hire people who just want to work for you and have your vision, Jeff, and won't just work for you to just be on tv. You had a good run of many years...this is a golden opportunity to follow Lea's advise, close down the show or move it to another network and revamp it...or just be off-camera and hire people who want to work for YOU.

I know this has nothing to do with this but she did buy the house you wanted first. A kick in the face to you and gage Jeff.
